This hotel has a special room type. I stayed in the upper and lower floors. The space configuration is reasonable and there is a jacuzzi. The sea view is infinite, and I just saw the cruise line. The hotel breakfast is delivered to the small terrace at the door of the room. You can choose the variety yourself on the first day, which is very rich! Hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful. Although the price is a bit more expensive, it is worth looking forward to. The hotel is a little far away from the place where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, but there are many small shops on the way. You can go shopping! The hotel can book a cruise project. I chose a 5-hour cruise for 140 Euros, including lunch. It is very worthwhile to experience swimming in the Aegean islands.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. To the Blue Roof Church (the church here is basically the Blue Roof, the Google map is marked in Fira, but I think Oia will look better, the picture is below) and the bus station is about 15 minutes walk. In winter, Oia will open fewer restaurants and supermarkets, many of which are not open, but it is more convenient to take pictures with fewer people (the night view is not as good as the summer, because non-operating hotels do not turn on the lights at night). Breakfast was average and not very tasty. We upgraded to the top-floor suite when we checked in. The scenery is particularly good. You can see the sea of love and a whole white cave room on the right. The sunrise and sunset are very beautiful (Sunset is the best known sunset. Those who do n’t like walking can see it in the hotel, and it is also very beautiful. I recommend that viewpoint to see it the next morning.)

This is a very friendly staff. It is a bit opposite to the cliff village of Imale, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of a quieter and secluded village. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the hostel is also very clean and beautiful, especially in the pool, you can take a lot of nice photos.

We couldn't find the hotel apartment when we arrived early in the morning, and then called and woke up the grandfather. We simply checked in and showed us the location of the parking lot (although it was a bit far from the residence). Those who cannot find the location of the hotel must look at the road at their feet and look for the blue arrow on the road. Please note that the location of the hotel is far from the location on the map. The room is very large and has a front yard. The basic facilities are all available, but the internet in the room is poor. After all, it is a 200-year-old stone structure house. Breakfast old grandma will put in the kitchen refrigerator in advance, every day is different, juice yogurt bread sandwiches. All in all, it's really good. Friends who like to live can live in fira (thira), which is like the city center, which is like a secluded but beautiful mountain village.

Nevertheless take the 2-storey loft room. It is modern and clean. Living on the bed, you have a super view of the sea towards the island of Ios. Absolutely relaxing. The jacuzzi is a plus (but it has only one person space). There are a few minutes: the safe is really very small - there is a maximum cash bag or pass space. The division is used to - the shower is in the bottom of the bed, the bathroom in 1.Stock. This is just open with the toilet - that is what you call ”hear” and ”smelting” everything. People who are greater than 185cm could hit the roof more often. But: the view is top, The location at the beginning of Oia is top and the service over Whatsapp is top. Clear recommendation!

As soon as we arrived Sun Angelos Oia and thoughout our stay , we had warm greetings and hospitality from the hosts Vasilis and Ana. The cave style Villa is well designed and detail oriented. It is super clean, new and well maintained. The seaview is breath taking. We enjoy the sunset in our outdoor warm tub and decking with the white wine and fruits gifting from the hosts. It's a little outside Oia so the ambient is quiet and peaceful. You won't be able to see a lot of white cave houses and the crowd though but it only takes 15min walk to centre of Oia. There are supermarket and restaurant within 5mins walk. My dress was torn and Ana was so kind as to bring some needle and thead for my use. Service is excellent. Shower power is perfect but the outdoor tub could be more hot. If breakfast included with additional charge would definitely a plus and immaculate. we'll definitely come back in future.

We booked this beautiful little place not knowing what to expect, but it turned out to be a fantastic find. Pros: - Clean and very spacious rooms - Beds are extremely comfortable - The breakfast is lovely & fresh - Close to the centre of Oia - Owners are extremely helpful & friendly - Outside area is picturesque and has stunning views - A lovely selection of restaurants nearby - Bus rout and transport to other areas is close by Cons: - WiFi didn’t seem to work very well at times - Hot water seemed to run out very quickly Only a couple of small things to tweak, but really cannot complain for the money we paid and the level of quality we got. Would stay here again anytime!

It is an old lady's own room, there are two in total. The old lady is very enthusiastic and introduced us to the various facilities in the room in detail, as well as 5 kittens. It can be seen that one grass and one tree show her meticulous design and love for life. There is a spot nearby that can watch the perfect sunset but there are not many people who know it. It feels much better than the crowds over there to watch the sunset.

GGuest UserI deliberated for a while with regard to the rating that I should apply to the Nostos Apartments. The setting is stunning and the apartments have all of the raw materials to be a 5 rated location. But when rating a hotel it should not only be about the location but also with regard to service, cleanliness etc and this is where I felt Nostos fell down. The main pool on arrival was filled with bugs, not just a few but 100s. I am not worried about bugs at all but I really do not feel a luxury hotel should have a dirty pool. I am talking so many bugs that it was obvious the pool had not been cleaned for some time, think if you leave a paddling pool in the garden for a week and do not clean it, this is how many bugs there were. I spoke to the two people in reception and I was told “yeah we get a lot of bugs here but I will get someone to clean it straight away”. 30 minutes passed and nothing, no one had even come to take a look, so I went to speak to reception again, this time they said they would get someone straight away (what had they been doing for the past 30 minutes?). Over an hour after my initial request someone came to clean the pool. I had asked to speak to the manager and eventually he came to speak to me, he said he would investigate and get back to me. I told him if he really does have a bug problem to have someone clean the pool every hour, it’s a small hotel and small pool. The next day the pool was still full of bugs (not as many as before), the manager when passing me by reception asked if the pool was now cleaner. It’s a small hotel, if someone had made this complaint why on earth had he not checked it (by this time it was 1PM). I said no it was still bad and I asked if I could have the net and I would clean it myself. This to his credit shamed him into action and I saw him clean it, and guess what the pool was then clean for the rest of the holiday. But should I honestly have had to be on at them for 24 hours to get this done! On my return I then noticed someone had also complained of a dirty pool from the week before us via another forum, honestly just not good enough. Other things to note are that there is no pool service (there is enough staff to offer pool service at least once an hour but they instead have 2 people sitting in reception and one in the breakfast room). Breakfast is OK but eggs were always cold when delivered. The rooms and views are lovely, I suggest getting your own hot tub with the room and thinking of this as more a Air BnB and you will be more than happy. The cleaners and the guys who take your luggage up and down the steps are very good. With better management this place could be amazing.

DDaniela_ozzyWe are a family of three and spent 4 days at Alonistra Oia Houses. The complex is made of 4 independent houses, each very spacious with outdoor space with chairs or lounge to relax and enjoy the fantastic view of the famous Santorini sunset. The position is really nice, out of the hustle of Oia but still reachable with a 10 minutes walk. Vaggelis and his family run the property in a superb way. His mother Flora takes care of the cleaning and brings you breakfast every morning. Vaggelis is very helpful and friendly and is ready to provide you with all information about where to go and what to do if it We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property if you are in Santorini.

We just want to thank Vasilis and his Amazing team at Lotza Studios in Santorini. The accommodation was Amazing in a small typical Greek village north of the island and just minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort Oia we’re people chase the Amazing Santorini sunset.Our Villa was spotlessly cleaned daily including shower and pool towels if needed.We were delivered a fantastic traditional Greek breakfast every morning and some nice chocolate croissants for our 2 kids. We would highly recommend Lotza Studios both for the attention to detail,cleanliness and customer service nothing was a problem and they couldn’t do enough for our family. Thank You Lotza Studios

We arrived 3 hours late due to flight delays meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2.30am and unfortunately, we didn't call ahead so there was no one to check us in and we had to sleep outside by the pool on the sunbeds - so make sure you call ahead and let reception know if you're arriving at the hotel after 11pm!! Other than this slight mishap, there really is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The location is great - there's a bus directly outside the hotel that you can get into Oia and it goes into Fira too - a one way trip is only €2 per person so excellent value for money. We took Uber everywhere else but reception will call a taxi for you if you need. We booked our Sunset Yacht Tour through reception and everything was handled smoothly. They just told us where to be and when - reception dealt with everything else. The rooms are great although not as spacious as you might think - very little space to hang clothes and dry clothes but they were clean and we got clean towels for the room and clean beach towels every day. Our private plunge pool was great as well - more than big enough for 2 people, private space and the view was incredible. The staff were incredibly helpful - especially Krystal - when she realised we had slept on the bed outside she showed us to our room immediately told us to rest up and then come and see her when we were ready. Eto and Ivan were great too - so friendly and helpful, ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast gets 5 stars from us - all freshy cooked and prepared for you depending on your selection (and there is plenty to choose from) and served with incredible views by the pool/bar. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat - no questions asked!
