Ms. Ananya (Housekeeping): Ananya went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and joy. She graciously helped my wife with her Indian attire, making her feel at ease despite not wearing such clothing often. The beautifully decorated room for our anniversary was a delightful surprise, and her eagerness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. Mr. Daksh (Welcome & Check-in): Daksh welcomed us warmly, provided a smooth check-in experience, and took the time to click some fantastic pictures for us. His clear explanation of the evening’s agenda added a seamless touch to our stay. Mr. Tejal (Front Desk): Tejal’s gentle reminder about the feedback form was greatly appreciated, ensuring we didn’t miss the chance to share our wonderful experience. Each member of the team contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail, personalized care, and genuine warmth of the staff truly embody the Taj standard of hospitality. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the airport, and it is not near, and there is a free shuttle bus. The price is not cheap and the price is not as good as many hotels in the city.

Choose this hotel due to its close to Novotel Exhibition centre. Decent hotel. Neat and clean room. Room size is ok. Breakfast spread was also quite good and tasty. Friendly staff. They have in room dining for limited time only. You can order from Swiggy/Zomato for any of food need. However decent stay as a budget property.

It was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.

The boutique hotel has a lovely decor and the rooms have been artfully done. They are spacious, and well equipped to make even the long stays comfortable. The Studio rooms have a fully functional kitchen setup, dining table, sofa, and a wardrobe.

This hotel is okay to stay in, the meals are ok, no problem, this standard hotel in India is like this, there are no special surprises, um, a normal hotel is normal, OK . Just a little far from the airport.

I made four separate reservations and we stayed a total of six nights at this hotel, clean and tidy room, in the mornings we had breakfast on site, the staff is attentive and friendly. Everything was fine until I changed the reservation anticipating my departure by one night, I sent three or four requests that were not resolved by the Manager, he asked me for an additional payment for a supposed commission that I had to pay to Booking, however two days later I received the booking confirmation indicating approval by the hotel without additional payment. Please be careful with any modifications you make to your stays.
