Excellent service kumaresh and we came for event well organised the event and buffet system the guy was supre with smile and helping the service sector nice to visit this place thank you guys well enjoyed the party we are waiting for next Events

Over crowded on weekends, waiting 30 min for breakfast. Even the food quality affected due to the crowd . Felt a burnt flavour eating bread, when I looked back it was burnt. No one taking care of the food kept outside in the waiting hall for breakfast.

Let me start with a big thanks to Pallavi, Naaz and Shreyanshi. These people and other staff members like Pappu are the backbone of this resort who will be ready to go extra mile and provide excellent customer service 🙏. It's been amazing stay🤩. From checking in till check out, there is no single point where I have not experienced a great hospitality and customer service. The entire property is beautiful, well maintained rooms, bigggg pool, and last but not the least the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean. The king size bed was cozy and comfortable. Food served during breakfast and high tea was delicious. Plenty of options to spend your day with kids, kids zone is well organised and they have hourly event to keep kids engaged. Special thanks for Mythri and Balram. Keep up the good work 💯

It is really a good resort in the heart of city where you can visit all the famous heritage sites within the vicinity of 3 km Food taste is really good in the in house restaurants, spa facilities are really good Pool view chalets are also very spacious though are basic category just outside the room there was large pool and you can enjoy and relax just outside Overall a very good experience for all age groups families and couples

My husband and i had the most amazing stay experience at alampura resort. Its a mini paradise in itself. We loved all the water activities - few of them were even complimentary. Our camp or should we call the glamp was super comfortable, and luxurious, with one of the best views one could have asked for. Also, the food is tasty, and breakfast was fresh and with a lot of variety. Thanks to the warmth and generous hospitality of the staff at alampura resort, we had one of the most memorable stay.

Stay was good. The atmosphere is so pleasant and the service is quick. Enjoyed a lot with the swimming pool, indoor games and access to the private beach. Would recommend for the families.

Location of the hotel is very good. Food was delicious. Well maintained property with modern amenities. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms was spotlessly cleaned. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr. Inkan (Housekeeping professional) for his service. These kind of staff are the backbone of the hospitality industry. I would like to recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

Unprofessional Attitude and Carelessness First of all, this is not a Hotel. It just qualifies for a lodge.I booked through makemytrip and I paid the charges in advance as I was travelling with family including my 7 month old. Before booking the hotel, I called them up about the facilities and basic amenities, and they agreed as mentioned in the website. We checked in on 21st Aug, at around 4pm as I drove from Bangalore. After entering the hotel we found the below issues, The rooms are very basic, and some parts of the furniture are broken which can be overlooked. No problem. The bathroom has no hooks to hang your clothes to towel The hotel has a roof top restaurant which serves only Pizza and Pasta The Room service menu contained a list contains Indian food, but its a lie as they did not provide Unfortunately , it started raining heavily from 7.30pm and the hotel front side was flooded. I called up room Service to order food but no answer I went down to reception to order some Indian food as we wanted to have simple veg rice, sambar etc. but the room service denied help and told me to arrange on my own. When I asked for help as I am not sure about restaurants nearby, and it was raining heavily, he immediately switched to Tamil and pretended not to understand anything I searched andwent down to a restaurant and brought food for my wife and myself, after walking through heavy rain and flood, on my own. The restaurant was around 400m away and the owner packed the food nicely. If the RAMAKRISHNA room service could have helped me a little, but NO. Also, the hotel was mostly empty, because I think others have experienced the similar fate, and thus the room service were idle, and they could have helped. I am really sad about the inhuman nature of the people in the hotel ’THE RAMAKRISHNA’ THE RAMAKRISHNA’ does not qualify to be a hotel. It is just a lodge I am sorry to have booked that hotel through make my trip. You get the same rooms for 1000 if you book in the hotel, and also there are adjacent hotel for Rs. 499, Rs. 899 etc This Lodge is NOT family friendly We checked out next morning at 9am and checked in to another HOTEL as the E Raja Street. We lost money in Ramakrishna, but that’s not the point. We got angry and frustrated during Vacation, and a bad memory associated with the place forever I will come back to this beautiful place again, but never book at the ‘RAMAKRISHNA’ again
