PERECT location, literally a tunnel from the metro station to the hotel (best you ask the hotel which exit it is so you can avoid going up the ground floor). It was such a treat, like it's your secret tunnel. Love that it has a gym, and the free sake and Photo Booth was fun! V clean room, better you pay a bit more for the slightly bigger double room.

A forest themed newly built hotel, every things well cleaned, very new and well designed. The rooms are big in Japanese standard, in which I mean you can easily open 2 large suit case and still manoeuvre around the room with ease. They offer multiple breakfast option, go for the buffet one, it’s better. They also give travellers tokens where it can be exchanged to drinks and snacks in the bar.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the onsen, it is very modern and I encourage everyone visiting this hotel to try it out, there is also a resting area outside the onsen where coffee and ice sticks are being offered.

Good room service and helpful customer services. They helped to order Omakase for us for local Japanese restaurant. Welcome drink good quality. Spa good hygiene with supply of towels, no need to use room towels which earned high satisfaction. However, set breakfast rather than buffet breakfast which was beyond our expectations. 4 set breakfast not much choices during our 7 days stay in hotel. Food left behind most of time due to over size or food not fit the taste. Always food wasting occurred for customers. Will not choose this hotel again if still set breakfast. Anyway Miyako Hotel still earns high rating overall and will be suggested to our friends.

Lovely place, can be found with Google maps. I'd advise calling the hotel for directions as it's easy to miss if you're not looking out. Great hotel service, always ready to help even when they don't understand what you're saying. I don't speak Japanese, so being able to get all I needed without bending over backward was great. They also offer nice breakfast buffet, and light dinner. I'd definitely return to the same hotel. It's also a nice location for self tours, easy shrine trails, museums, parks, markets, and other fun sites. Also very near to the subway, so there was no need to book a taxi.

The facilities are new and stylish, creating an energetic yet cozy atmosphere. However, the room size is rather small, which may be suitable for solo travelers but could feel cramped for those traveling together (for the double-bed room)
One noteworthy inconvenience is the need to go down to the ground floor to access the water dispenser. It would be more convenient if there were water machines available on each floor.
The hotel's location is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station and a 10+ minute walk to the shopping mall area. While not the most central/ convenient, the overall experience was quite enjoyable.

I was surprised by the afternoon tea service!
Everything was delicious and the fatigue from the flight disappeared lol
I stayed for two nights and I think it was a very comfortable hotel, including the location and price.
The Nakasu food stalls are right in front of the Nakagawa River, and it's only one stop from Kusudajinja-mae Station (about a 10-minute walk) to Hakata Station, so it was very convenient and easy to get around.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the shampoo in the amenities didn't suit my husband and I...

Was greeted by welcoming English-speaking staff and we began our stay for 3 nights. The passage to our ground floor room 101 is not enclosed passage way, we experienced the cold with wind blowing at times at end November, same on the third floor when going to buy water from vending machine. I could imagine snow getting in during the winter. The room was dated, old and the worst experience was using the very low wash basin. One has to bend down very much to use it even for my petite wife. We stayed at hotels of ¥9500 to ¥50000+ per night on this 15-day trip, all provided bottled water or from a dispenser but this one. The breakfast each day was Indian-themed with slight differences, served on a big tray with a counter for selections of salad, croissant and more Indian dishes. Although the breakfast staff was friendly, wish they can be more creative with their offerings to serve international guests.

The room is white and there is a living corner, and it can be used 々 wide. When I went to the veranda, there were two chairs and a table, and the yacht harbor spread in front of me, and I felt even an illusion that I was overseas. I had a very relaxing time with a yacht harbor from the bath. The spa was very comfortable and the guests were good price, so I would like to go to the spa again for a stay. Breakfast is brought to the room because of the corona. I was looking forward to choosing by the night before. The luxurious breakfast to eat in the room was delicious with local vegetables. The hotel is connected to shopping in Marinoa City next door, so you can shop a lot and it is easy. Of course, the hotel parking is free.

It is a hotel that was made into a daimyo in Fukuoka in December 2021. It is famous as a hotel that can read books. There is a cafe on the first floor that is open at midnight, and you can bring a lot of books here to your room. When you open the door, there is a bed in front of you, so the room looks small at first glance, but the comfortable size bath is large and comfortable! Also, the lighting is gentle and this is also comfortable. There are Lawson and drug eleven near the hotel, but there are many drinkers and few convenience stores, so it is good to buy what is necessary in advance and go to the hotel.

Hotel staff were very polite and accommodating! The room is generally pretty small but the space was sufficient for 1 person.
Plus points would be the free bath products they provide at the counter and 2 mineral water bottles in the room.
One downside would be the noise that came from the trains moving pass the tracks.
Overall, very satisfied with my stay!

GGuest UserI stayed for the first time even though I live in Fukuoka. Although it was the pioneer of a designer hotel, there were many regrets such as the color of the sofa and the unbalanced feeling of the furnishings in the room. It may not be very concerned for people who are not interested in architecture. It is scheduled to be renovated this year, and there are many questions about Shigeru Uchida now that he has entered the demon register, but it is doubtful whether it will be better. Still good ① Although it is casual of the staff, it is willing to follow this hope. Thank you ② Bathroom Design ③ Bed Headboard Design ④ Black Shoe Bella, Black Clothing Brush Assimilated with the Wall and not messed up ⑤ Only the washbasin was white and the spotlight hit I was worried about it ① No smoking, but the smell of the room ② The height of the chair and table is inconsistent (this is not possible) ③2F The sound of the air conditioning in the lobby toilet (probably improved by renovation) ④ Outside light leaking from the top of the curtain (the pattern of the curtain that Mr. Uchida doesn't think it was originally a roll curtain) ⑤ The soundproofing of the window is not good ⑥ The sofa at the buffet where the brightness is too bright I thought it was difficult to hold a long ** spirit with a cheap color and vinyl sofa. Will the management change and the bubble burst and become more important to the current cost performance than the dignity at the time of the building? Additional note: Breakfast is normal. Because of the reasonable price, the distance from the next seat was not settled. I doubt that there is olive oil in the salad but there is no vinegar (balsamic). It was not even at the hotel buffet I went to the other day.
EEUNSUNGThe room is spacious, which is good. Also, there are only two rooms on one floor, so you don't have to run into people in the next room. There are plenty of towels, and there is a washing machine and a sink in the middle space when you enter the bathroom. There is a basket under the sink, so if you put your towel in there and leave it outside the door, they will change it for you. Since there was no mention of a bathtub in the reviews, I thought there wasn't one, but there was one, so I could take a half-body bath every day and relieve my fatigue, which was nice. Also, the bathroom and the space are separate, so it would be good for families to come. The only thing is that the accommodation is a bit far from the subway, but it's the best.
GGuest UserThe amenities were perfect, and the room was spacious and clean, so I was really satisfied for 5 days. It was easy to walk to downtown while taking a child, and there was a bus and a convenience store nearby, so it was good. However, I checked in at the same time as someone else, and that person had booked using a different app, so the reservation number was in both English and Korean, and we checked in at once, but our reservation number was only numbers, so we ended up calling to check in. Other than that, it was a really satisfying accommodation, and I would recommend it to anyone who comes to Fukuoka or who goes there.
GGAYOUNGTenjin and Hakata Station are both about 20 minutes away on foot. It might feel far, but I booked it cheaply. Haha I like walking, so it wasn't a problem. There's a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, and the subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. There's a fridge, TV, and port. There are also bathroom amenities. The shampoo and body wash aren't disposable, but the cleanser and lotion are disposable, so that's good. The toothbrush is a bit rough, but I brought all my facial products. There were 3 foot towels and face towels in my room, and I could get more if I needed them. I went at the end of November, but you have to turn on the heater. It was a bit cold. I went shopping, came back to the accommodation, put my luggage down, and went out again. It's secretly close to Tenjin. The soundproofing isn't bad. There was someone in the room next to me, but I didn't hear much noise. I only heard someone talking once during the 3 nights and 4 days. I'm very satisfied. But I think you should check in carefully before going! I got a message on the app asking how to check in. It might be a good idea to check it out and send an email in advance. I had a staff member, but if there wasn't one, it would have been really difficult..? There was a mailbox-like box at the entrance, and they gave me my room key from there. To take the elevator, I had to insert the key into what looked like a common entrance and open the door to the elevator..ㅋㅋ It was nice.
小小土豆行旅The room is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment, including a washing machine and a cooking stove. Self-service check-in is easy to operate. However, the refrigerator is not cold enough, the projector cannot be used, and the bathroom is not very clean. Since the location is close to the railway, there will be a little noise when the railway passes by.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the room is small, it is very clean. There is free coffee and a public area for use. There are unlimited cold water bottles, which is very convenient. I will consider it next time.
유유닝닝The hotel condition is good. It's unmanned!!!! It's unmanned!!!
There's no one. Just do as the hotel tells you via email and check in
It won't be difficult,, use the email you use most often
The size is perfect for staying alone!!
I asked because the TV wasn't working
but they didn't help because it was an email exchangeㅜㅠㅠ
I wanted to watch Japanese broadcasts, but I couldn't get the TV signal so I couldn't watch anything
Other than that, it's really good. It's not far from Tenjin Station
Especially!!! If you're going to use Char Char, you really have to do it here
There's a bicycle space in the hotel, so you can ride a lot and don't need to worry
It's so much fun to ride a bicycle ㅎㅎ
The room is also good and there's a toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom
All you need to bring is something to wash your face,,? Somehow, there is one more blanket besides the one already laid out. There are 4 more pillows. It would be okay for two people to stay, but it might be a little cramped. Not a bed. It is an apartment-style, so there are 3 on each floor. You have to enter a password every time you go in, so it's annoying. There is no noise, it's clean, and it's quiet. It's in an alley?, so it's a little scary to walk around at night, but go there by bike~~~. I couldn't take a picture, so here's one in the alley on the way to the accommodation.
GGuest UserWe stayed in a family suite (2 double beds + 1 sofa bed) for 3 nights. Room is spacious for 5 of us. Well equipped with a balcony, simple cooking / 2 door fridge and washer. This is a truly no staff manned hotel: Check in - you need to deal with a machine (relatively not user-friendly) to enter all information required plus photograph your face with passport. Complicated but manageable. After that you will get a key to access Hotel lift lobby and your room. Housekeeping - nobody literally enter your room for cleaning at all. We didn't need it thus it didn't bother us. Service - no human service at all except a local telephone number. Not sure how to manage it as we didn't need it and we don't have a local phone sim card can call. Just one thing though, what if in case of emergency? Rooftop there is a communal area where you can chill out enjoying a view over Tenjin and the river. Check out - just drop your key in the box and go. Location is good, approx 5 min walk from the ”Nakasu Kawabata” station. Nearby all kinds of eateries and shopping. We would stay there again if price is right.
SSALTYICEThe room is quite far from Ohori park station, but not long walk. About 10 minutes chilling Yes, but it is recommended that the room is quite small, we stay for 3 people, there is a 29-inch open space for luggage, not enough. More suitable for staying no more than 2 people. But the convenience equipment is complete. Hardly need to bring anything more. The room is on the 2nd floor. The stairs to go up are quite narrow, but there are many steps of wood. The shower room is narrow. The toilet is narrow, the big people are not suitable.
Ffran_oisp636We stayed 3 nights in A Good Day and it’s honestly difficult to find something to complain about. As its name suggests it, the hotel is located along the Naka river, a bit south of the Nakasu island, 15 minute walk from the Hakata station. We took actually the time to walk in the neighborhood, full of small and cute shrines, gardens and cozy and cool restaurants and bars. It was actually nicer to discover this neighborhood and much more outside the common tourist areas, which was fine by us. The personal is incredibly nice, the room are clean and very practical, the breakfast is a mix between continental and Japanese. We had a great stay, highly recommendable. The only bémol for us was the powerful green light of the smoke alarm system (I think) on the bedroom’s ceiling. It was really powerful and can be annoying during the night.
