Kampot Hotels with Balcony

The stay at the Old Cinema Hotel in Kampot was absolutely unique. This place has an amazing climate combination of the history of the old cinema with modern comfort creates an atmosphere I have never met in any other hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and refurbished in every detail. The service deserves a huge distinction smiley, helpful and always ready to advise what to see in the area. Breakfasts are fresh and really tasty, and the whole facility is perfectly clean and careful. Location is also great: calmly, but only a few minutes walk from the center of Kampot, restaurant and nightlife. It's a hotel with a soul in which you feel like home right away.

I had a wonderful experience at KKP Hotel. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room offered a fantastic view of the football stadium, which was a great bonus. The bathroom facilities were excellent, with a particularly good shower that made each morning refreshing. The room itself and the bed were among the best I've encountered - truly comfortable and well-appointed. If you're looking for quality accommodations with all the essentials done right, I highly recommend KKP Hotel. It's perfect for travellers who prioritise a great room and excellent service. The hotel does not provide any other services like a pool, bar or restaurant.

The portier, who is also the entire hotel staff, was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming to us. The location is great—not too central and near the port, but also not too far; the market is just a couple of minutes away on foot. Our stay was very pleasant, even though the weather wasn’t (raining and a little bit stormy). The bathroom was a little bit adventurous because of the weather, as it had an open roof—but we knew that. We would recommend this hotel, and we are coming again.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff were really kind and helpful. I had a problem with the bed light and they sorted it out quickly. The bed was comfortable. The facilities were spacious, clean, and worked. The restaurant food was good and service fast. I would recommend anyone stay here. 10/10.

We have been staying here for 5 days and everything has been amazing. The food and desserts are absolutely delicious, the nature around is beautiful, and the place is very clean. The staff are warm, friendly, and always helpful. There are fun activities like billiards and table tennis, which make the stay even more enjoyable. The people here are very kind and welcoming, you really feel at home. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. Great location right by the river with a bar and various seating areas, perfect for chilling out, all nestled under palm trees for shade. There's a small pool, a pool table, darts, and basic fitness equipment. The food offered is affordable and high quality. The best part, though, is the friendly and very attentive staff who create such a good vibe that you'll remember your vacation long after it's over.

I costed me $38 and I stayed here for a night. I came here as a solo traveler and booked a double room with balcony. There was a big pool on the first floor. The location of the hotel was decent, although the road to the hotel was pretty rocky and deserted, kind of in the middle of nowhere and I’m unsure of how safe it is during the night seeing as there’s not many lamp posts. The room is great and spacious. The bathroom was spacious and the room was nicely decorated. You can watch YouTube on the TV but like most hotels the smart TV doesn’t really work properly so Netflix didn’t work. The amenities they offered were enough, they provided a refrigerator, hair dryer and all the other necessities that a standard hotel would provided. Although the bathroom would flood due to how far the drain was from the shower head, you can just move the shower head closer to the drain so it would not flood the whole bathroom. Everything was clean. But there was a minor mosquito problem when I woke up in the morning. Bathroom door lock doesn’t really work properly, butyou just have to pull it a bit harder. The service was great, the staff were helpful and communicative. I got an avocado toast and milk coffee for brunch at the restaurant, it was good. I would come back here when I return to Kampot!

What else could you ask for? It’s small beautiful resort in the heart of Kompot. I’ve stayed in various hotels/bungalows/resorts in Kompot, but this one took my heart away. The most special thing is Trip discount is real. Walking price was much more expensive for my booking.

Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city. The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out. That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.
