Guadalajara Hotels with Balcony

First of all, I loved the location of this hotel. It's right in the historic center and you can walk to so many lovely buildings and museums, and everything you need is right there (shops, pharmacies, restaurants). Upon checking in as a Diamond Hilton member, I was happy to find out they had upgraded me to a room with a nice, spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Guadalajara Cathedral. (See photo) The top-floor restaurant has a similar view as well. The breakfast has a nice, tasty variety. I also enjoyed drinks with a friend at the restaurant on one of the nights. The staff are great and helpful too. Elizabeth really came through for me when I needed to extend my stay a couple nights. Another girl (Anayeri, I think) provided excellent service as well, helping me get my dry cleaning turned in, despite missing the 10am deadline. All in all, it was a lovely stay, and I look forward to staying at this hotel when I return in the future.

Recently inaugurated this Terraza Restaurant is located on Pablo Neruda #2828, on floor 7 of the Hotel VoCo and a spectacular view, with public parking and all the comforts to go to breakfast, eating or dinner, celebrations or meeting with your friends. Dear Luna offers mexical cuisine, giving tribute to our Mexico through the merger of the best national ingredients with the aim of achieving the most exquisite tastes, we will also find drinks and cocktails, wines from Spain, Argentina and the United States, of course, of the Guadalupe Valley, which are my favorites. Music is pleasant, you can play while listening to a good selection of songs and the charming terrace, in the menu you can find from eggs, omelet, mugs, drown cake, papazules, tamal trilogie, Chilaquiles, nopal ashed, ashed panella, friggid, barbecue tacos, fruit, tees, my traditional mimosa that can not miss, sheep, French bread, hot cakes, waffles and cheese, to eat; cheese, tuna, aquachile, juice, salads, soups, tacos, ribs, chamorro, hamburger, meat cuts and day fishing prepared in various forms, including delicious options. We have been going on several occasions and have all been a good experience, clean, well decorated spaces, delicious food and balanced drinks in your taste. When I was with friends, we were given a bottle of ✨, so we're already back to charge 👏👏👏, thank you for consent. Monica, Angelina, Jorge, Juan Carlos, Raúl and Cinthia have been careful at any of the occasions we have gone, a team that is trying to provide a good service.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The location is centralized and right next to the Plaza del Sol, a large open air shopping center. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. At all times we felt the staff cared and did what they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast at the Cafe Urbano was outstanding with a wide array of freshly prepared and delicious food. The service at the Cafe Urbano deserves special mention. We tried the French restaurant and enjoyed it; tasty French bistro style food and good wine. The club level service was very good, with two hours of a very fine wine. We were pleased with the upgrade that we received due to IHG diamond status; the room had a living room and a ridiculous bathroom. Not many cons; the pool is underwhelming and there did not seem to be many guests. All and all, we felt the famous IHG hospitality and recommend.

The environment is very good, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, so I have a good night and a safe sleep. Guadalajara, Mexico, is a very beautiful city

Service at the hotel was great, since checking until checkout, the lovely lady's at the front desk Cecy and Laura were very professional and welcoming also the housekeeper was very attentive and very prompt at solving my many requests, very happy having her as my housekeeper and the security guard at night time Marco was very helpful and professional helping me with a couple requests at midnight, overall great stay ,and affordable and the location was great, amazing view to the cathedral , main square and easy access to many touristic places

What a terrible stay! Nightmare. Arrived exhausted after a 6 hour drive. Hotel room we booked looked NOTHING like photos. Hotel had tried to give us an old room and not the refurbished nice rooms advertised on the website. Total tip off. Had to pay slightly more for one of the refurbished rooms. Rooms at closet inspection were very badly finished. Photos attached. Walls dirty, loo roll holder almost hanging off. Light switches all covered in paint and crooked…… We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for our child and we were told no! That there was no one available at 10.30pm to make up any bed. We were offered ONE bedsheet that was badly stained, worn and completely wrinkled like it had never been ironed. Also we were give one, again very wrinkled pillow and pillowcase and a green Blanc let in a very dirty bag. Shocking. Don’t know what to say! Does the HILTON GROUP know that this hotel is running their name through the muck? So upsetting To add insult to injury this Hilton Hotel advertises Premium Egyptian cotton bedding!!!! A hotel with department services, I love the new hotel, the cleaning of the room and the practicality that you can park your car, I think what could improve is to give you instructions when you arrive, you must park on the S2 and of There you go up to 1 and then change hiss to go to floor 3 at the reception, all this would have been easier if they had explained it to me, but it's just one detail, breakfast is decent but could improve, for example, Capucchino coffee is very bad, I prefer to be covered with me but to be made with a professional machine with real milk, I think they could put toast in the breakfast, but it's okay, they give you fruit, yogurt, bread, and eggs, you can also ask frite eggs if you want it. The terrace of the hotel is divine and to work have a lot of open space, love the hotel, happiness, ah by the way the staff is very kind of all in fact, and that which cleaned my room 1604 was super smile and service.

Very good service, very helpful staff, very small restaurant but delicious breakfasts and good prices. Recommended, only the TV control did not work and we were never able to watch television
