GGuest UserWe booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

-The host is helpful and approachable whenever I have concerns.
-The unit is clean and aesthetically appealing and relaxing.
-Refreshing pool that I enjoyed swimming during my stay.
-WiFi is fast with Netflix while watching movies.
-Complete kitchen utensils and cook wares
-Premium linens and comfortable bed
-The location is near to airport, supermarket, bank and mall

AAnonymous UserI like the standard room, it' s good for 2 persons although the leg room is quite limited but over all it is ok. The place is serene and calm, it is ideal for middle aged and persons who like a quiet place to stay. And to top it all, there is a huge park outside where you can jog early in the morning or in the afternoon. I like the experience

GGuest UserThe lobby is pretty small. The music in the evening not too good. The room service is not thoroughly. The windows were very dirty. Check-in counter is pretty small as well as the receiving area. The pool and the gym are fine but the space is confined. The room service food is okay. They have a Starbucks-certified coffee shop. Large basement parking. The location is not at the seaside. Azuela High Street is near and SM LaNang. There was only one bed side cabinet which is not acceptable for a 5 -star Hotel. The room furnituring is not optimized, it gives a squeezed atmosphere.

the food from the Breakfast Buffet really taste good. The pool is relaxing Good for the kids to Chill from the hot weather outside.
Maybe just Clean a bit the Window curtains coz it's a Bit Dusty , Overall experience is awesome.
