I organized an IT event in Tunisia with speakers from around the world, including the USA, Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland, UAE, India, Bulgaria, Morocco, Denmark, and Congo. We have organized events worldwide, including the USA, Canada, and Asia, covering more than 50 countries during the last 2 years. This time, we chose the Regency Hotel Tunis. The event was visible to audiences all over the world. For the speakers, who are experts in Microsoft technologies and very well-known worldwide, we booked more than 25 rooms for them and had many attendees from Tunisia and worldwide. I would like to thank the commercial staff, Monsieur Walid and Madame Sarah, for their excellent choice of meeting rooms and accommodations. A special thank you also to Madame Manel, the room service manager, for her help, explanations, care for the guests, and her constant smile. Additionally, I want to thank Monsieur Khoubaeb for his excellent choice of room service and timely delivery to the rooms. I also want to acknowledge the other hotel personnel for their efforts. The hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful pool, stunning sea views, and delicious food. I highly recommend the Regency Hotel Tunis for business meetings and holidays.

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

The location is very good, right at the main entrance of the ancient city, with the Porte de France at the door and the main attractions nearby. It's not far from the train station and can be reached on foot. The hotel itself is a historical building. Although it is very old, the rooms are clean. The service staff at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic.

The hotel is very close to a railway station - ideal for reaching the city quickly. The staff is always helpful and premature. Once even the kitchen was kept open for a longer time so the room service could bring me another night dinner to my room.

Requested to borrow an iron but was given the brush off. Told to go back the next morning (it seems they do not ''work'' in the evenings). Went to the reception the next morning at least 4 times to ask and remind and each time I was creative answers from ''didn't they give you already?'' to ''it's with another guest'', to finally, ''we don't have any''. If they had simply said they do not provide right from the beginning rather than played around, I would not have been so disgusted with the poor attitude. They offered to press my shirt instead but who would dare trust them after all the run-around, by the very same receptionist?!

This is a really stylish and boutique hotel located in Medina in Tunis. The building used to be a Palace in the past, so you can feel really special here, rooms are nice, big and decorated, beds are comfortable, breakfast does not offer a very big choice, but everything is fresh and tasty, reception staff is very friendly and helpful, really a great place to stay!

Outstanding
It’s hard to find any issues with this hotel and so I’d fully recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the centre of the city. They arranged a seamless airport transfer which, given the narrow secluded street the hotel is on, makes me wonder if a standard taxi would be able to find it so would also recommend anyone to book through the hotel! Check in was exceptionally friendly and although my room wasn’t ready at my early arrival time I was accommodated well and made to feel welcome while waiting. The interior of the building is amazing, with the different rooms, high ceilings and sense that you’re somewhere full of history and special. The scent throughout is incredible and feels like walking through a spa wherever you are. The courtyard around which the accommodation floors are located is beautiful and could almost be a destination in itself in the city. My room was on the fourth floor and seriously impressive. The size was huge, with a dedicated living area, spacious bedroom, dressing area, separate toilet, large bathroom with twin sinks, plus a bath and walk in shower. The sheer space meant there were a couple of sizeable TVs, lots of reading material, multiple complimentary bottles of water and every amenity you could think of present, including electric socket adapters in the drawers - brilliant. Electric sockets were present at both sides of the bed and there were so many light switches throughout the space to get the mood just right, The bed was massive and provided exceptional sleep quality, despite there being occasional noise from the streets below. The underfloor heating throughout the room added to the cosines and the continuation of the pleasant scent was lovely. The bathroom continued the great vibes having brilliant towels, lovely toiletries, heated towel rails, nice gowns, and so much space. In fact the only complaint I can have about the room is that the shower took a long time to get warm and there weren’t many hangers in the extensive wardrobe space! There is a nice rooftop terrace connected to the restaurant and while it doesn’t offer unobstructed views it’s a good spot to watch the sunset and get a different perspective over the Tunis rooftops. There’s a full bar available and lots of food options, but it is rather fish / seafood heavy which might not suit everyone. Presentation of the dishes is great though with everything well cooked and very tasty. The service from the staff is decent and with the couple of sofas a good spot to relax in the afternoon sun. As a more boutique hotel it was exceptional, in a prime location in the city to be able to walk to a number of key sites, and I’ll certainly be staying again when I’m next in the city.
I liked the location and the staff at this hotel. I disliked the basic rooms, lack of hairdryer, poor amenities and lack of soundproof. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Its central location was convenient for accessing city amenities. Check-in was efficient, and payment with a card was accepted. Staff was amazing, very kind and professional, always smiling and ready to help. However, the rooms are basic, lacking soundproofing. I could hear water flowing through pipes, noise from breakfast preparation, and experienced a persistent humming from the ceiling in room 101, possibly from the air conditioning. After relocating to room 401, the lack of noise improved, though bring your earplugs. There is a space under your door and you can hear your neighbors closing doors, walking, breathing. The breakfast selection was minimal, consisting mainly of bread, butter, one egg, kids juice, coffee and milk. On the last night, the elevator was out of order, causing disruptive noise until morning. The lack of amenities and noise disturbances affected the overall quality of my stay. Despite the convenient location, clean rooms, the value for money was questionable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very good, the room is spacious, the equipment is new, and the bath is particularly comfortable. Breakfast is a la carte, delicious and the service is very good. It is the most satisfying hotel for our North Africa trip. What is more like is the fair price. If you come to Tunisia again in the future, you must book this hotel again.
OOMARClean place, well located, super staff!!! Recommended!!!!!!! Lots of Italian restaurants just down the road then! If I came back I would recommend it! Super holiday also thanks to this hotel!
GGuest UserThe location was excellent, right off the main avenue Bourguiba. The room was a decent size and had a balcony and bathroom. There was a breakfast included which was nice, but it’s a more European style (no full English etc). The man on reception was exceptionally nice but the door staff just ignored you. Room was mostly clean except a few hairs on the bedsheets.

河河马小姐1I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. About 200 people were famous. To be honest, half a person in Tunisia. Different hotels living in the month, her family's breakfast is small and poor, the variety is very poor, the place to eat is as big as a public toilet, 哎
GGuest UserUpon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.
宾宾恩袁术A typical high-quality hotel, worthy of praise, Ctrip booking is actually a little cheaper, the hotel facilities are all available, very good.
Finally, I would like to extend my cordial greetings to the family members of the airline ticket reservation department of Ctrip: You secretly changed the flight I booked to a red-eye flight, which caused my child to go home at two or three in the morning. Not only was he not ashamed, but he refused to admit his mistake and asked me to do it myself. Responsible for more than 4,000 yuan to change business class, or change a long connecting flight, and bear all change fees. Ctrip secretly changed the popular flight to Red Eye. It is already a habitual offender. I did not expect that as a super member, I will also enjoy the treatment of half-tone communication + hung up the phone. I hope that the Civil Aviation Administration and China Southern Airlines, which I complained about, will punish this again. The ticket agent of the shop bullying! ! !
GGuest UserNegative: The moquettes are dirty and sliced as the restaurant seats. The ”quad” and ”pirate boat” services are poor and priceless. The real pirates are in the hotel ...A avoid ... The restaurant is very supermarket cafeteria. Although some supermarkets do much better. The price of the week is too high for the service and the country. The tourist has to pay and he does everything for. Positive: The staff is mostly sympathetic. The swimming pools are low (1m) but pleasant. The beach is in contact with the hotel.
