Pool was good the food also was delicious and room was big but they must clean and whenever they clean the room I think its will be better. Location is very closer the Side Old Town beach was quite we liked this. Every staf is friendly. Aww now is animation them time I will give to them 10 points 5 stars and the shows was good every evening. For us Yaşar was number one. Hotel facilities are good although the service greatly lets it down: 1) upon arriving, we were asked to take a seat, there were 10 staff between reception and the other lobby desk. We were the only guests waiting to check-in. After 10 mins of waiting and watching staff gossip to one another, I had to chase to be checked in. Not a good impression. Not even offered a drink despite an early long flight and journey in the heat. Given a leaflet of restaurant times and entertainment. No map or explanation of how to glean hotel information, staff language capabilities were very limited. 2) our room with pool view was noisy - entertainment was full volume until 23.30. When I complained they simply told me to stay another night in the room and they’d sort me out another room. I refused, 2 nights with poor sleep is not an idea of a holiday. I was then offered a quieter room immediately?!!! Why not offer the room straightaway? This conversation took place with the reception staff running into a side office to speak to her manager and running out to rely his / her message. Guests are the life blood of a hotel. Would have appreciated the manager speaking to me instead of through a messenger, ABC of how to make a real impactful impression and much better guest experience. Then we were sent a plate of fruit wrapped in cellophane with bruised fruit!! 3) housekeeping forgot to give us towels and shampoo so had to chase twice as we returnlate from a water park and really needed a shower asap. 4) staff in main restaurant look miserable. I asked for sparkling water and the waiter insisted I have water only so I gave up. Also you have to wave a waiter down as eye contact is impossible. Customary to get a drink half way through my meal. 5) dining by the pool in unhygienic, lids are not kept on / food not protected. We saw flies landing on food and having a feast. We avoided eating there. Saw some flies in the main dining room landing on food. Serving staff made no effort to shoo them away or attempt to cover food / capture the flies. So we stuck to food cooked in front of us to minimise contamination 6) Agree with other reviewers, food is samey and repetitive. Dessert portions are huge so there is a lot of wastage as people eat with their eyes 6) no allergen information so carrying an epipen is a must or just avoid desserts for health & safety purposes 6) there’s a mini bus that takes guests from hotels next door to the beach but does not apply to this hotel - why? There are disabled guests like me who would be grateful for a lift! 7) pushy staff trying to get you to book spa treatments / hairdressers - don’t please as it’s grating. 8) The hotel shops sold fake goods, including counterfeit Rolexes and designer handbags , which was disappointing for a supposedly high-end establishment. Lady in the games room is superb though! Give that woman a pay rise!! So welcoming and happy every time we saw her. That’s 5* service that the hotel should be attaining. I

Three meals a day with afternoon tea! The room is not bad, with balcony There are three swimming pools, and children are suitable for playing with their families.

This is a hotel for very rude Germans, English are not welcome here,we had 10 days and only 3 people said morning or Morgan, the food was the same every night chicken chips and German food ,you go to reception and all they ask is English then pretend they don't understand you,We are in our late 60s and was put in a room as far as it can go and the last room1409 watch the dodgy shower door,on arrival I asked for a room with a pool view ,reception said yes, this was not true ,when I complained I was told to see the manager, which I never did as it falls on deaf ears,most of the staff are rude,but there is a few polite ones ,especially wholan who runs the beach bar and the food ,beer is a lot better. There are 3 clocks behind reception German, Turkey and Russian that is a statement in its self,it will cost you a small fortune in tips and nothing in return, all inclusive and we had to eat out ,the restaurant next to the hotel is part of the hotel and you pay food there is very good and reasonable price,there is NO nightclub and most nights the music stops at 10,bar shuts at 11 with out warning. All inclusive you pay for cocktails, ice-cream even to weigh your case cost a euro,very limited drinks.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
