"The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both the train and bus stations, and the Ephesus Archaeological Museum is also within easy reach. This is a family-run guesthouse with warm, artistic decor, and it's spotlessly clean and comfortable. The owner is incredibly hospitable and provides attentive service, patiently answering all our questions. We were left with a truly wonderful impression!"

Amazing
LLiWe stayed in Ayasoluk hotel for three nights. We are very happy that we chose this hotel as our base hotel for traveling around Selcuk. The location is perfect. It’s less than 10 minutes walk from train station, bus and taxi station. You can walk to St. John Basilica and Ephesus Museum . Also you can walk to bus station and take a mini bus to Ephesus Archaeological site for less than 10 minutes and TL30. A half day trip to the beautiful village of Sirince is highly recommended. You can take the morning bus from bus station in less than 20 minutes. You only pay TL 40 for one way.
The hotel is very nice decorated, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the hotel and the view from the terrace is pretty nice. Breakfast is typical Turkish cuisine and is very healthy. I would come back for my next visit in the region.
MMałgorzataThe hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.
Cche__ppppDuring the Turkey trip, we stayed in 4 hotels and the Livia Garden Hotel was the best. Hotel is cozy and clean. Then environment comfortable and warm. The staff are kind and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for me, “Mekan”. It’s great! Good price, vibe and foods. Erdem told me that I forgot to pick up my camera after I left. Great thanks , Erdem! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
GGuest UserThe holiday price is more serious. The hotel location is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given on Trip.com is even more nonsense. According to this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus. You still need to take a long way to the station to take the minibus. I personally suggest that it is best to live directly in Izmir. In the morning, you can take the train or take the minibus to Ephesus in Izmir. In the evening, you can also take the minibus or train back. The minibus is very convenient to leave the water. Izmir has a standardized hotel like Marriott and Renaissance, which is much more comfortable than living here. In addition, the hotels in Selcuk are basically changed from their own houses. The religious color is relatively heavy. The living is a bit strange. The road is not very good. There are many uphill and downhill. There are many stone roads. It is particularly tired to walk. You can occasionally see a taxi on the road. It is very inconvenient for people with luggage.
JJidongdebaisejianjidanThe owner was incredibly warm and friendly! We kept getting extra Turkish tea, and the breakfast was a very generous traditional Turkish breakfast. The hotel's location was fantastic—a five-minute walk from the train station, and right next to the Selçuk Castle ruins 🥺. Thank you, Turkey is truly a very romantic place; I met so many wonderful people, and the cats in the courtyard were super affectionate—they practically kept me entertained for three days!
李李The location is on the slope in front of the main road, the boss is friendly, and we gave us two postcards before leaving, wishing us a smooth trip. The top dining room and yard are beautifully furnished. Many rooms have swallow nests outside the door, and the environment is naturally fresh. The room is a bit small, you can settle down, I hope to put a kettle in the house in the future, convenient for tourists who need hot water, haha. The picture is for the bird to fly into the house.
AAliiiLocation is superb, it is right next to the Efes Museum. We had a car so it wasn’t a big deal for us to go to the ancient city and the Virgin Mary’s tomb but even if we hadn’t, there are plenty of choices of public transportation. You can even walk to the ruins of the ancient city. The breakfast was nice, the staff was sincere and helpful. The cafe next to the hotel has good tea. And there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The castle is only a few hundreds away from the hotel.
GGuest UserThe boss is a local, the room is very clean and tidy, the style is very special, the location is very good, very close to the surrounding restaurants and attractions. The boss is very nice, see that we have a lot of people and give us the spare room to live in so that we can have a better rest. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the black tea can be refilled, which is highly recommended.
FFrenchieAlexNote to my ladies : do not go alone on free rides with the owner, Mehmet
Mehmet, this review concerns you and only you since you were not here during my checkout
I want to point out that your behavior is inappropriate and disrespectful. I felt insecure from the moment you told me, and I quote, ”if you were single, I'll show you more places.” I replied that I wasn't, and you knew that, and you added, laughing, ”No, but when you come back to Turkey and you're separated”. You're crossing three boundaries here. The first is as a guest at your hotel. The second is because of my age. I'm the same age as your son. Imagine if you had a daughter, would you like an older man to behave with her? And the third is as a woman, do you even know what goes on in a woman's head when you receive this kind of remark, even though you weren't suspicious? As a woman, you feel scared and you're measuring the level of danger that the man in front of you represents, because you are alone, vulnerable, not in your country. When you criticize truck drivers who only want to pick up female hitchhikers because they are interested in sex with them, you are no different from that kind of person by behaving like that with me. It's 2025, I'm a woman, and I no longer accept this kind of inappropriate and disrespectful behavior from men. You must NOT do this, whether it's with your clients or with young women, any woman, and even if you say this as a “joke”. Just DON’T.
BBeijingwangdayuanThe hotel is in a good location, close to the museum and the ancient city. There are also many restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. The room is spacious and clean. The price is not expensive. However, I only saw the landlord once in three days from check-in to check-out. No one cleaned the house. The toilet was broken, which I fixed myself. There was no hot water in the bathroom at first, but warm water was available later, but the shower was broken again, so I had to squat to take a shower.
