Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view in a state that has over 300 days of sunshine a year. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.There is a great outside patio to eat breakfast or hang out, full bath, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, plates, cups, tea pot and a coffee pot.
