Outdoor adventure awaits you as this cabin is in the heart of recreation. This Woodland Park chalet offers a relaxing getaway near hiking trails, over 500 mi. Of ATV trails, fishing, hunting, rock climbing, Pike National Forest, and several other local attractions. Please be aware that our cabin is located in a remote area/ mountainous environment and winter driving conditions may exist. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended during winter months (October - April). 6 miles of dirt road to get to our remote / excluded property. This vacation spot offers the best of all worlds; a comfortable home base for relaxing, exploring, and sightseeing, with the conveniences of home; a forest playground; plus the amenities from nearby cities.This home is equipped with satellite TV both upstairs and downstairs. The two big screen TVs and DVD players are great for watching movies. Visitors will also enjoy the high-speed wireless internet access and the unlimited phone service for both local and long distance calls.This is an immaculate home with new beds, furnishings, and appliances. The driveway goes to the front door. The cabin features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with adjacent dining room, a great room upstairs, and a cozy family room in the lower level. The kitchen, great room, and dining room are open for comfort and convenience. Both the upstairs great room and the lower level family room provide great gathering spots with large windows that bring in the sun and make it easy to view the mountains and wildlife.The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, and pans. A propane grill on the deck is available for outdoor grilling. All you need to bring is your food. The washer and dryer are provided with laundry soap and softener sheets. Just 7 minutes from the town of Woodland Park for great restaurants and conveniences, but far enough away to be completely unplugged and away with your friends and family. Excellent hiking close, and so much to do! (Price includes reasonable VRBO fee of 8%, taxes, and payment processing fees)This is purely a small family and couples group get-a-way, not intended for a place to party. Here are some additional rules and if you do not agree to them, and while we understand, this may not be the best rental for you. Renting constitutes agreement.-Maximum capacity is 6 total, no more than 4 adults (13 and older), exceptions are per owner agreement before booking. Additions are $50/night and may be asked to terminate the rental depending on the situation. Please respect the owner's request on numbers of adults. The property is on a septic and well; and it is not designed to host a lot of people.-No children under the age of 13 allowed in the Hot Tub. Hot tub is Adult only. You MUST complete the waiver before use (Adult making the reservation)-Pets result in a fine of $250 plus damages (owner has allergy).
