A very nice and large room with a separate sitting area with mini fridge, microwave and dining table. Bathroom tub was super large and very nice. The bed linens are top quality and very comfortable.

This was a wonderful stay only wish it could of been longer.The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the area.The room was classA.The most comfortable beds.Plenty of room for my grandchildren to move around without feeling cramped.I can't think of a thing that wasn't perfect.

Derrick at the Front Desk provided us the best customer service we have ever experienced. He went above and beyond to welcome us to the hotel and made sure our experience was outstanding. We were traveling across country on a stressful trip situation and had about 100 hotels to choose from in this area. We called this hotel for general information but we were so delighted with his friendliness and attitude on the phone we didn’t even look anywhere else. To make things better Derrick greeted us at the door when we arrived and asked if we are alright. He seemed genuinely worried about us and we are still grateful for his kind demeanor and outstanding level of service. Top notch customer service from start and throughout the stay The hotel itself is just so nice and would highly recommend it if you find yourself traveling on I-10 through Mobile It has a great bar and restaurant..nice pool and comfy beds..all you can ask for ..and to to top it off an employee named Derrick!!

Staff is great!!! Example AC not working & promptly came up to try & remedy with a kind & happy attitude. Rare now days. Would stay again due to front desk staff. Also loved the fact no carpet in common areas or rooms. Housekeeping, however, is struggling. Not sure if due to shortage of employees, lack of training, inspection staff, or another reason. Room was not dirty, but not comfortably clean. Couple towels dirty, bathroom floor needed attention, dusty.....

First and foremost, every single person we encountered at this location was just phenomenal, especially the gentlemen at the desk. The housekeeping team came by every single day to grab our used towels and trash & give us anything we needed from coffee to towels. They were so sweet. The beach access was fantastic as well. The only “complaints” we had weren’t bothersome enough to us to task the staff with. While they should be considered basic maintenance, we understand that this hotel is still undergoing repair from a hurricane, and they seem to be training new team members all while staying very busy. But here they are: The location of the pool is actually really neat, but we didn’t really care for the he fact that it drains on all of the vehicles parked on either side of the covered entrance. There are definitely not enough elevators for the traffic. Thankfully, we were on the 2nd floor, so it didn’t kill our bad knees to climb the stairs, and we needed the exercise anyway. The bathroom door in our room didn’t latch or lock, but it closed and we lived. The lights in the pool never came on. That kind of sucked at night. The phone in our room didn’t work. Not even a dial tone. Now, this part was pretty worrisome as there were heavy storms, and the he office wouldn’t have been able to contact us if we needed to evacuate. There was no dial tone, but it seemed to be plugged in somewhere. We just weren’t able to trace the cord. The fridge light didn’t work. But it was an actual fridge, which was very much welcomed. We had expected a mini. Not our worst trip ever. It blows my mind that people get on here fussing about a hotel near the beach having tile flooring…… and some sand….. It’s like glitter. No matter how much you clean, you’ll never get rid of all of it. Also, to the young lady at the desk who kept her cool and showed grace to the D-Bag YELLING (my daughter got video) about a refund, you’re the real MVP and definitely a better person than me. 😉

We had the best bartender at the pool bar whole on vacation. Carrie was so friendly and helpful when we wanted to know about the the drinks, she really made the trip for us! The hotel and park are beautiful, and we had so much fun! What a wonderful, relaxing place to have a fun week.

GGuest UserI came to this property for a work conference with no real expectations. But holy smokes, this place is amazing! First off the food. We all know what “conference food“ is supposed to taste like. But not here! This is the best food I ever had any conference. Whoever is running the banquet facility should get a raise!! I don’t know how they produced that great food for that many people but I am impressed. The rest of the property is great also. From the sexy mood lighting that greeted our evening arrival in the foyer to one of the best pools I have seen this side of a five-star Caribbean resort. And the beach. Absolutely spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m looking forward to next year’s conference already.

GGuest UserThe service at this location is wonderful, and the rooms were spotless each time I visited. The only complaint I have is that the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors talking. I love the on-site cafe (Southern Grinds), which opens early for those of us who are in town working and up early. The on-site bar owned by the hotel also has excellent food. Parking is free and abundant, and the state park is right down the street (on the Gulf side).

GGuest UserWe make an ”impromptu” stop at this hotel during a side-trip on our summer road trip. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip...so good that we intended to stay one night, but ended up changing our schedule and stayed two nights. The friendly folks working at the desk to greet you really take this hotel above and beyond. Stephanie at the desk was super, super helpful, and made us feel so welcome and appreciated from the minute we got there. She is a gem! The front desk manager was also so kind and especially accommodating in helping us extend our stay without changing rooms. This is a great hotel--here are the things we LOVED: -Comfortable rooms that are smartly designed --I love the bathrooms at Springhill Suites! -Location! This hotel is located a short and safe walk from a fun entertainment/shopping district called The Wharf. There are several great bars and restaurants here. -WE SAW DOLPHINS FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM WINDOW!! Just amazing! You can also hop on a dolphin cruise boat right outside the hotel at the marina. *Hotel guests get a discount on tickets too! -The pool area is gorgeous! -The hotel is not on the beach, but we drove to the beach and it was only about 7 minutes away. Beautiful beaches! -The famous Flora-Bama bar is just a short and reasonably priced Uber ride away. We saw several fun bands there--and had some great cocktails at their beach bar. Arrive before 6 pm and there is no cover charge. -The breakfast is pretty good--above average for a hotel breakfast. Great coffee! We travel quite a lot, and we love Springhill Suites, but this particular location goes above and beyond to make guest comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this location and we will definitely be back--for a longer stay this time!

GGuest UserThe hotel location was nice, the hotel overall was nice. The toilets in our room wouldn't flush properly and the TV in the room was going bad. They advertised breakfast but it wasn't a buffet style like the Hampton Inn has, they had a bistro that offered a lot of options, but the prices were a little high. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again.

GGuest UserUsually I just get a regular room when traveling, due to budget restraints, but this hotel has suites for just a few dollars more, which was a real treat. My suite was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most in budget hotels, including a selection of hot items in addition to the usual continental breakast items. Enjoyed my stay here very much and would definitely stay here again if in the area.

GGuest UserThis was our first time staying here. Prior to our arrival on Friday evening, I checked in with the Hilton Honors App and picked out our room. Upon arrival to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the front desk clerk. Because, I checked in with the app. There was nothing I had to do. The front desk clerk confirmed, I received my digital key. Unfortunately, we weren't able to pair with the room via Bluetooth, due to a system issue. We were promptly given the room keys and were settled shortly after. The room is nice and big and clean. I love the fact, I had a welcome message on the TV with my name on it. 💜💜 The full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave as well as the dishes supplied made our stay even better. The hotel was nice and quiet. We woke him to eat a hearty hot breakfast. They had waffles to cook yourself, cheese omelettes, southwest omelettes, muffins, bread for toast, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal with all the trimmings.. cranberries, brown sugar, etc. milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, etc. It was a very nice change to have a hot breakfast after all of this time. My children went swimming in the pool and they even provided pool towels for them. We had a wonderful experience here and we were close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. We are right across the street from the Tanger Outlet Mall. 🙂 That's a plus. I would highly recommend staying here. It was the perfect place for my family.

JJINGThe hotel is right next to the beach and has free parking. There is a refrigerator and utensils in the room to cook. Ctrip booked very quickly, but the hotel front desk said that they did not receive the money, and recorded my credit card again. I don't know if I will deduct the money.
