Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

I would say that that place is the best among several hotels we’ve scouted during the two night stay. With activities and friendly staff although the facilities is quite old. Good experience as always. Thank you!

My family and I visited for three nights and we had the best time. I had a spacious, ocean view room with a big bed. My husband was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast, he said it was the best hotel breakfast he's ever had. There were plenty of options, such as cute happy face pancakes, an omelette station and lots of delicious Filipino dishes (we all LOVED the pork tocino!!). The staff were all very kind and courteous. They always responded promptly when we needed help (fixing the blinds, and getting me an ice pack when I hurt myself surfing). The lunch and dinner a la carte menu is pretty good and big portions, but if you want a change there are some great dining options nearby. We also had a good experience taking beginner surf lessons with instructors (not affiliated with the resort, but they are often on the beach front by the hotel). Thanks to everyone who works at Costa Pacifica, you really made us feel very welcome! I hope we can come back one day!

My very top hotel since I started travelling. The room, the employees, the food, the amenities, they are all great!! I feel like home with the room, and it is so comfortable and super beautiful. When I go back here in Baler, I will definitely choose this hotel again and again.

Excellent food, amenities and hospitality! We surely come back in the bear future. There're two days of bad weather (cloudy overcast and intermittent rains and drizzling but this did not dampen our enthusiasm and vacation spirit. Kudos to management and staff.

Yong at the restaurant needs to be promoted, best customer service! Their food is amazing! Fresh and no preservatives. Will definitely be back here, highly recommended, food is superb, Yong is the guy and has exceeded beyond expectation!
