The location and service here are absolutely top-notch! We originally booked a suite facing the forest, which had a pool and was incredibly quiet. However, we prefer a bit more liveliness, so the front desk lady patiently helped us find another room. We ended up switching to a Junior Suite and were extremely satisfied. We also mentioned that there was no noodle soup for breakfast, and the very next day, they specially prepared a bowl for us... such thoughtful service!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kajane Mua. The customer service was exceptional – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.
The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service, which made getting around very easy and stress-free. Hotel has an excellent location with easy access to the main areas, which made sightseeing and dining very convenient. The room amenities were well-prepared and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to help. This hotel truly made our stay in Bali special.”

The room was very clean and quite spacious, and the water quality was decent. It also features a balcony, perfect for sunbathing on a sunny day.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
The location is very convenient for getting around, ideal for city walks, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
The only downside was that the bathroom facilities were a bit dated, and the hairdryer wasn't powerful enough.

The pool view room was great – clean, spacious, and the staff were very attentive. They even offered a car service to nearby attractions. The afternoon tea lasted a good while, and the fruit and pastries were delicious. It would have been even better if they had self-service laundry and a dryer.

Lovely place to stay in Ubud. Very friendly place. Got a free room upgrade (low season). But also has a lovely pool, late breakfast, 12 noon check out, all of which allowed me a walking tour before checkout.
