Pros: good breakfast, lots of food! Great staff!!! Large clean pool, but not enough sun loungers, never had any free ones, had to go to breakfast at 7 o'clock to get one. Cons: old rooms, unclear whirlpool bath, didn't figure out if it worked or not. When booking we asked for a pool view, didn't get it. Minus for that. Otherwise everything is good.

The hotel facilities are basically good, the breakfast is rich, the swimming pool is quite large, the sanitary environment is average, water is not provided, the hotel room is large, the location is better, and there are some restaurants nearby.

The room was described as a Deluxe Room with a Jet Bath, so I assumed it was a jet bath in the room when I made the reservation. However, there was a large jet bath on the terrace, which surprised me as it was in an unlikely location for a Japanese person. Also, bathing in the dry season while being exposed to the cold wind was so cold that I caught a cold.

Very cost-effective choice. The surrounding area is also very convenient. It is a bit old in Sanur. The facilities are well maintained, the service and details are very good. The breakfast is also great

This is a hotel I really like.
I go every year and stay for about a week.
The spacious swimming pool is very small at a reasonable price compared to the facilities.
In the evening, go to Casablanca right next door and listen to the live band while drinking empty drinks!

Extended stay ended up causing an issue. Three (3) times was locked out of the room. Everybody, including the Manager, was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. We stay here a lot and intend to stay again. Otherwise the stay was wonderful, as always. Recommend this location.
