The Prime Canggu Bali

I decided to stay here because I wanted to visit sunday market at La Brisa, Penny Lane & Kitsune Cafe at Canggu. The location was great, just a short walk to the latter two restaurants.. GiGi SuSu was only 15 minutes away. The location was also good for shopping. BUT some might find that the weather in Bali might be too hot to even walk. I have stayed 2 nights in a villa, and it's true that you can expect small insects. But this is normal. The front pool is only big enough to dip. But there is a lap pool on the other main hotel which I didn't use. There is no gym within the premise. The only letdown was the cleaniness of the room The floor was found to be sticky, but the hotel staff reacted quickly to cleaning it during room makeup. The kitchen countertop was also dusty and sticky. In the sink of the bathroom, i would see the dried up toothpaste. I also found that the shower foam and shampoo type were too basic for a villa. They can be more aromatic. The plus point is the service of hotel staff. They were polite, and they would try their best to meet your request. The hotel staff had helped dressed up our room while we were out. And there was even a birthday cake! It was definitely a surprise for my husband. Overall, I am still pleased with my stay.

The location is great just behind two face cafe and is quiet at night. The staff is very attentive and remember us and were very friendly.

Brand new Villa with private pool Very nice and spacious villa with private pool. Bed is very comfortable. Brand new hotel. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rai and the rest of the team are lovely hosts, would come back just for their excellent service, thank you :) The breakfast was also very nice and on a lovely roof terrace, the only negative would be that there is no fitness centre here, other than that perfect.
