MERUSAKA Nusa Dua

Facilities: Severely outdated. Cleanliness: In my opinion, it doesn't meet five-star standards. Environment: The pool beach was great, the only highlight. The room itself was disappointing; it had a strange smell, and this time, a leak woke me up. Although they upgraded me to a direct pool access room afterwards, the strong odor persisted. Service: Perhaps because I stayed in a deluxe room, my experience was very average. What I want to say is that in 2023, I stayed in a villa here for 3 nights. It was my first time in Bali and it left a deep impression on me. The hotel service was excellent, and everything was great. How could it have declined so much now? If the service doesn't improve and the renovations aren't done, it would be truly disappointing!

The hotel is located in an upscale area with very clean waters and direct access to a private beach. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. Our luggage was delivered to our room upon arrival, and a dedicated staff member came to retrieve it when we checked out. They were also very kind to our children, proactively asking if we needed any help. The overall hotel service gets full marks. Inside the hotel, there are many small stalls where you can buy handicrafts and local specialty clothing. When we checked out at 6:30 AM, they thoughtfully prepared two packed breakfasts for us, including fruit, drinks, bread, and cake, making it convenient for our journey. I even left a pair of slippers at the hotel, and a dedicated staff member contacted me to ask if I wanted them back. The service truly is excellent! Bali Collection is just a ten-minute walk from the hotel. It has at least twenty restaurants, offering a wide variety of choices, along with many shops and street stalls selling handicrafts. The prices aren't high, and both the shopping and dining environments are excellent. It's very suitable for families with children.
