We loved the size of the room and we had a free upgrade to a canopy suite from a garden suite as per requested. We have also received a birthday cake for my daughter as we were celebrating her birthday💕 I loved how the staff were all so friendly towards my daughter! We could really feel the balinese culture from the staff. The bathtub though? Not sure if its hygienic, we didn’t dare to use it as it was made of wood and there was a little bit of water left in the bathtub. I m not sure of the reason. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Food in the restaurants were not too bad.

Everything is perfect here except for the uninvited monkeys into the Villa compound. Love this hotel so much especially the location and the food. But the monkey is a super turn off. As we booked the private villa and it’s there everyday, we didn’t really use the pool - which is a shame. Even our in room dining, we are eating hurriedly at the living area - don’t even dare to enjoy it at the pool. After eating - there is a super urgency to hide the remnants and get the staff to collect it back. Stress.. Without the monkey visiting the villa - it’s a 10/10 rating.

Interesting no mention of Food above in RATE THIS HOTEL...... as I would have given it 5 . Anyway a pleasant stay as always as we've been here several times before Covid . Started off a bit shaky this time though as we had our usual room -Garden Suite except after Covid a dank smell permeates and finally I rang Reception to change rooms as I started sneezing and we all know it's not pleasant if Mold gets into one's system and an Upgrade was actioned with no drama from Management . All in all it was a very pleasant stay with good food and good service and we'll be back again in the not too distant future and sharing our stay with their neighbour Komaneka .

The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, especially the living room space which is very relaxing. The oversized wooden bathtub in the bathroom is really a very special piece of equipment. It's a pity that when a lot of water is used at night, the water will not be hot enough and it will be a bit cold when you take a bath. The overall environment is very comfortable. I enjoy walking in the courtyard and sitting by the borderless swimming pool in the morning. The hotel's supplies taste very good and are very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was delicious, but the portions were on the small side.

The location is great, easy to walk to the palace. I thought it was a bit expensive at first, but the hotel's services, facilities, and breakfast software and hardware are all at a five-star level. Many details, including fresh fruits every day, small desserts before bed, mosquito repellent, shopping bags, etc., all reflect the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. care. The wooden tub in the bathroom is definitely the highlight. It was a real pleasure for a family of three with a baby to soak in the tub for two consecutive nights. The most special thing about this stay is its infinity pool facing the sunset. My child loved it so much that she swam three times😝

Let me talk about my satisfaction first: The location of the hotel is quiet; The courtyard layout and room furnishings have a taste of boutique hotels; the umbrella pick-and-place points everywhere are really helpful when it rains heavily. Talk about insufficient Chse Certified is the reason why I chose this hotel on Ctrip. After all, the price of the family room is the same as that of the Ritz-Carlton Basic Suite in Nusa Dua, and the area is half less. But one week before the check-in, I was notified that the hotel had changed its name, and the certification suffix was canceled... On the second night of the stay, it happened to be pouring rain, and I fled back to the hotel drenched. I asked the front desk for three extra large bath towels, but they were forgotten in the end; The bedroom in the courtyard suite faces the courtyard directly through the glass door. When it rains heavily, the sound insulation is extremely poor and it is difficult to sleep; The breakfast is not self-service, and the selection is small.
