The location of the hotel is nice ad the common areas are nicely maintained. Kids pool is excellent. The rooms on the hand are very run down. I had to move rooms because firth the pipe in the toilet started leaking then the air con got broken. The walk in shower is terrible idea it makes whole toilet wet and there are only 1 towel per person provided. So how the floor is meant to be wiped is unclear.

Facilities: The pool was great, but the bathtub in the room might have had some issues.
Hygiene: It was average.
Environment: The overall atmosphere was lovely, but the main entrance was a bit far from our room.
Service: I have to say, the service was truly excellent. Whatever we needed, we just called the front desk, and they'd bring it right over.

A well located Hotel, big rooms serviced daily. Fantastic pool with a swim up bar. Very nice gardens. Friendly staff. Great food in all areas of the hotel. Excellent room service. A comfortable stay. Reasonably priced even for peak seasons. 2 Restraint areas. Close to secure ATMs great cafes and Handy Mart directly across the road. Located in the best shopping area of Legian. 25 - 30 Minute walk to Kuta Brach 15 Minute walk to Legian Beach.

Arrived late at night by plane, and it was about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport with the rental car. The hotel is located down a small alley, but most places in Bali have these narrow alleys. Luckily, the hotel has parking, which was convenient. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel, and the street is lined with many spas and bars. It's a hotel with a garden setting, and the room offers great value for money. The breakfast is also quite good.

Excellent service. I had an issue with my air conditioner, reported it to reception & an engineer was there within minutes. The sun shines on the pool area all day. Perfectly placed hotel
