The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many convenience stores and restaurants with good reviews within walking distance to choose from, and the hotel also has its own restaurant and rooftop bar.
The interior of the room is very tidy, there are no bugs or geckos, and the hotel provides cleaning twice a day.
Because it is not facing the main road, the overall atmosphere is relatively quiet, but the room is not completely isolated from the sound of the outside world. The sound of heavy rain and the movement of people in the public space can still be felt, but it does not affect the rest.
Service is the highlight of this hotel. The staff is very patient and friendly, and will even remember your name and actively ask if you need to go out for pick-up.
I highly recommend any friends who travel to ubud, Sabana really deserves the praise on various platforms.

We booked a 2 night stay at Sabana Ubud with no change or cancellation option 2 months ago. Unfortunately, we became very ill at the start of our Bali trip and needed to change our flights back home unexpectedly, meaning we couldn’t stay at Sabana Ubud. With a single message explaining the situation, it was escalated to the manager who kindly agreed to refund our stay and waive the cancellation fee. This is the best customer service I have ever had with a company in any area of the world. We can’t wait to come visit Sabana Ubud when we are well again! Terima Kasih Sabana Ubud 🙏🏼

We had a great stay at Sabana Ubud. Rooms are nice and clean, food was good, the pool was great and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. It wasn’t noisy or overly busy which we enjoyed. It is within walking distances to good restaurants and some shops/spas which saved us from being stuck in traffic. The best were the staff, we went with our 1.5yo boy and all the staff members were so lovely to him. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Nothing to complain about the stay in the hotel. The workers were super nice, amazing swimming pool, really good breakfast also served in the room if wanted. The restaurant for dinner was also good and they offer a service of shuttle to Ubud for free where they drop you and pick you from the city center If I have the chance I will come back

Totalement parfait! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour à Ubud grâce à l’équipe de Sabana ! Arrivée en avance sur l’heure prévue, la chambre était prête et l’accueil incroyable. Il n’y a rien à redire : propreté des lieux, décor de l’hôtel et de la chambre et nourriture proposée. Des prestations à la hauteur des descriptions. Une attention particulière à Nana et sa gentillesse. Nous avons été très bien renseignés et conseillés concernant les meilleurs choses à faire durant tout notre séjour. Si nous passons par Ubud, nous reviendrons, sinon nous le recommandons vivement!

Best service ever! The hotel is pretty good as the location. From the moment we arrived and were welcomed with some refreshing drinks, we were made to feel completely at home. The staff couldn’t be more kind and helpful, we weren’t even allowed to move our own luggage.

The place is tucked a little away from streets. Sabana Hotel was the best hotel I stayed in while visiting Bali. From the first moment you feel great hospitality and warmth. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All rooms overlook the pool with a well-kept garden. Breakfast is really tasty and will give you lots of energy to explore Ubud. The Wi-Fi is reliable.
