Jumeirah Bali

I really loved the Middle Eastern style, with its blue and white design. The hotel's breakfast restaurant and pool area were beautiful, and it even had a beach. It was popular but never felt crowded. The service was incredibly thoughtful; every staff member greeted guests with genuine warmth and smiles, treating everyone, whether from Europe, America, or China, equally. This truly showcased their simple yet excellent service. The room design was well-thought-out, very spacious, with functional areas designed efficiently and amenities fully stocked. However, some facilities need improvement. I only discovered on the second day that the window in my room hadn't been locked the previous night, and the lock was broken. This should ideally have been checked by staff, posing a certain security risk. Also, the hot water was out one evening. Yet, the hotel didn't specifically address these oversights or offer any substantial apology. The restaurant food was good too. While there were a few minor shortcomings, overall, I was satisfied. Furthermore, Jumeirah is the brand behind Dubai's Burj Al Arab, which is actually very high-end, but perhaps not universally known. Because of this, its value for money is actually quite good compared to similar hotels.

This is the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Bali. Everything, from the service and ambiance to the hotel's design and gardens, is truly top-notch. The beauty is simply indescribable.
