This hotel is excellent! It's super convenient, being so close to the mall. The service was great, and there's a nice small pool. The room was quite spacious, and the best part is the price – incredible value for money! The breakfast was also pretty good, with a wide variety of options.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a great choice if you want to stay near Kuta Beach. The breakfast was delicious, and they even folded a cute little towel elephant! 🐘 The hotel facilities are quite new, and the hygiene was also very good.

We stayed for 5 night, all staff was very nice but in 3 days staff cleaning service gave our room tissue box like this about 6 sheet and they roll in the box. The first time I got tissue face like this. I wonder cleaning service give to every room like this or only give to my room. For price over 100$ per night, this was very terrible. Eventhought in hotel 50$ they give suitable soft face tissue.

Truly wonderful experience. The hotel is lovely. The staff is AMAZING. A very good breakfast. All in all just fabulous. I’d only consider staying at another hotel, the Marriott for its view of the sunset. Otherwise this is a go to hotel in Bali!!! Thank you!

Very good. The only thing is they didn't give me a room with a better view. Check-in is at 3 PM, but the front desk offers various free snacks and even welcome popsicles, which was a nice refreshing touch. The location is excellent, right in a shopping mall. The staff's attitude is superb, and the breakfast is plentiful.

We were just here 2 weeks before. We returned to Australia then came back to Bali again l. This is our go to hotel when we arrive! We love this place!

This hotel is in a very convenient location. Right below the hotel is Beachwalk, a big shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s also very close to the airport, which makes traveling really easy. The staff are super helpful and kind. The room is clean and has everything you need. The gym and swimming pool are also really nice. Highly recommended!

Buffet breakfast is great with indonesia cuisine and many varieties. The hotel located beside the beach walk mall and convenient access to restaurant and shopping. The room is comfy and the size just right for couple. Will come back again in my next trip.

Environment: There's a large shopping center right downstairs, so all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs are just an elevator ride away. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming and always greeted me politely when I entered or left. They have a gym and a pool, and it would be absolutely perfect if they offered self-service laundry.

Facilities: Decent enough, the gym is definitely worth checking out! Hygiene: Could use some improvement. Environment: I'd give it full marks. The surrounding malls are a must-visit, though the beach was a bit dirty and cluttered, and the constant harassment from hawkers dampened my vacation mood. But that's not the hotel's fault. Service: Absolutely 100%! Especially the staff, who were warm, enthusiastic, and always eager to help with a smile.
