I so badly wanted to 'love' Pertivi. Welcome was warm, friendly and extremely attentive - and that's were it ends. This is really only for someone on a very tight budget with flexible cleanliness standards. The white bungalow is spacious, the view of the rice fields are lovely and if you like the sounds of a slightly aggressive stream then that's a plus too. Oh and we got free water refill. I can't say anything else that's positive. The bathroom is very bad. Not clean, no hot water, gassy smell when you shower, no soap, no hand towels and really really disappointing, but the worst are the towels. My husband thought they were brown. They used to be white. They are great if you need a body scrub, they are literally crispy. The bed is ok, but the 'white' linen has some old small spots that I recognised as blood. There is no room cleaning at all. Not even a change of toilet paper roll. No fresh towels, no toilet paper replacement, and the 'breakfast' plates left as is till 4pm in the afternoon. The 'breakfast' is sliced fruit and a pancake but its the presentation that's the let down small plastic plates. No juice, no knive. Like serving a toddler. We asked for extra scrambled eggs so that was good. Run by a 17 year old I am not surprised this accommodation lacks so much in terms of general guest management & cleanliness. Dear Pertivi, please take my feedback to heart and you might have something in future after doing some cleaning and just attending to guest very basic needs. But as is, I will always choose to stay somewhere else instead.
