Room: We came as a total of 3 people. Double room and single room There was no problem in the double room. The width was good. The reception arranged another single room, but it smelled too much, then we changed the 2-person room into a 3-person room, so an extra bed was added to the same room. We went to the reception and asked the reason for this, and they said that workers had been staying there for 1.5 months, so you are actually right, the entire 1st floor smells of cigarette smoke, the 2nd and 3rd floors are full, but I am speaking for those who go to the hotel. Do not let them give rooms to the 1st floor until the smell goes away, because even smokers will be uncomfortable. I think it will happen, and although we did not offer it, the reception told us that I am refunding your room money and only taking the bed money instead. We liked this attitude of the reception very much. There is no problematic business. Only the tap in the room for 2 people was rusted, but the rooms were clean, and this seemed normal, and it was too much. I stayed in a hotel, even more in all-inclusive hotels. The beds were one of the most comfortable. Breakfast: I've been to a bed and breakfast hotel before, I think the breakfast is good, but when I asked about the honey in the breakfast, they said it hasn't been there since yesterday, but they told me to check the kitchen, then they brought the last box of honey they found in the kitchen, in general. Things like jam and honey were not in the open, but in the box. Of course, not tomatoes etc., only things like honey, jam, hazelnut cream, tahini and molasses were in the box. Apart from that, there were also options such as tomatoes, cucumbers and pastries, but I wish it was served with honey, because the features of these hotels are bed and breakfast, yes breakfast. It was sufficient, but it had some shortcomings. By the way, they stated that they would order the honey, so the staff was helpful and polite. Location: Since we came to Balıkesir very rarely and stayed for 1 day, I took the time to visit. Therefore, I cannot comment on the sea because I took the time to visit. The location is close to a place like a square. It was in the middle of nowhere, so it's a good hotel for sightseeing because it's really close. Would I recommend it?: It has its shortcomings, but the staff and the property are very helpful, and it's close to the attractions. Yes, I recommend it.

Eskişehir'den 1 gece için konaklamak için geldik, kedimi de getirdik evcil hayvan konusunda hem resepsiyonist bey hem de Nurgül hanım çok hassas yaklaştı. oda temizlik hijyen konusunda muazzam.. kahvaltı harika.. karşılama da Nurgül hanım ve kader hanım hem Güleryüz hem de hayvanlar konusunda ki hassasiyeti inanılmaz güzel. kalibre olarak 5 yıldızı hak eden bir otel ve personel.. garson arkadaşlarda çok kibar ve sevecenler, hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum saygılarımı sunuyorum, şehir dışı odaklı gelinecek bir otel arıyorsanız direk kapıdan girin ve odanıza geçin.
