Had been stayed 6days, first impression of hotel service to visit have very kinds with smile all the time.
Served food is very delicious with reasonable price.
All staff very polite to help any assist if required.
I SONCERLY THANK to
Ms Chacha Indira,Dimas herimukti .strong woman, pinokio, security officer and all staffs.
If I get plan then will drop again.
Happy and have a good service.

It really smell smoking in the whole hotel, even in my non-smoking room..
An electrical central just in the front of the hotel is blowing smoke non-stop from burning coal.
1 elevator only, sometimes long wait.
The bass from the discotheque can be heard until the 6th floor, hard to sleep.
Some scary people hanging out on the main hall after 11 pm..
The worst wifi signal I never met in my whole trip..
The breakfast and the staff who work there was the only good point..
Definitely not recommend

Was just soso, temporary stay few days for good, It is inconvenient to bring water directly to the hallway and put it in a water bottle.

************* stayed here for 2 nights very comfortably. The service is very good and friendly. I requested a lot and was served well. Yesterday I was given a room on the 6th floor with a view of Balikpapan city
The location is quite strategic, close to the mall and many food vendors around.
The problem was handled quickly, the room's AC leaked but the Neo *** team quickly fixed it and it didn't take long to finish.
The cleaning team is also great, we left the room for breakfast and when we went home the room was very clean π.
For Mr. Abdy and team, thank you very much for the surprise birthday assistance for my husband. The cake and fruit were beautiful and delicious π₯°.
