Got horrible junior suite then manage to downgraded lower room with much better condition.

Really nice stay.
Hotel is very peaceful and service is great.
The room was a bit old, a lot of marks on the walls and sheets. For the standing/price, it deserves to be refreshed. But overall very pleasant.

Located in Batam business center Harbor Bay, will be nice for short / long stay, especially if you planning to crossboarder to Singapore. Excellent hotel.

The hotel was good, the room was convenience and I will stay again with my family in this hotel. The housekeeping staff was beyond expectation, they were super friendly.
