The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the HGI Itajai. The hotel’s conveniently located near Brava Beach (we walked to it Sunday) and Balneario Camboriu. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the room was large and comfortable. I really liked the firm mattress and lots of large pillows.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and new. It has a swimming pool and a mini academy. As highlights I have the reception service that was great from the beginning. Location also very good, next to the balsa, near the center. The price is also consistent with what it offers, so it has a great cost x benefit. The air worked perfectly, the shower was wonderful, heated fast and has very good vacuum, the bath was excellent.However, the beds could improve ... I found the bed a little hard, a little fast in the time of sleep. The hotel restaurant is also very good, it has good dishes and a variety of good. Breakfast is also tasty but nothing exceptional, I missed a little more varieties. The hotel was the most frustrated by the breakfast, and it was served until 10:00, but the officials are already starting to take away everything. 10:05 the table is empty, no food option. On one day we arrived at 9:50 to drink coffee, it gave time to serve only 1 dish and only, we were hungry because we couldn't repeat it. If the coffee goes until 10 a.m. I hoped that the food would be available at least until 10 a.m. as the person would be able to eat calmly and quietly, and sincerely, I felt that was bad and felt injured as a consumer.
