Good location but out of season , i cant imagine the noisy during the summer time, Breakfast ok, furniture need some updates and the negative point for the cleanliness.

O hotel possui uma excelente localização em Balneário Camboriú, porém no café da manhã deixou a desejar, pois o suco de laranja que foi servido estava azedo. Eu tive também um problema com o chuveiro, porém foi resolvido pela equipe do hotel.

Amei a localização do Hotel!! É no centro perto de várias lojas, restaurantes e também da praia. Gostei bastante que tem máquina de café na recepção. Único ponto negativo é que achei o café da manhã com pouca variedade. Os funcionários são super simpáticos. Parabéns!!!

A gerente Sandra é uma pessoa extremamente grossa, não queria me entregar o pacote que eu comprei e se recusou a me entregar o quarto standard, mesmo eu pagando por ele, só pq eu estava sozinha com minha filha de 4 anos. Após eu reclamar muito, como ela disse “ela me deu” o quarto com cama de casal, mas não o standard. A TV do quarto não é smart e ainda por cima fica chuviscado. Fiquei com vontade de ir embora, desde o momento que cheguei e ainda tenho que ficar aqui até terça e ainda é sábado.
