Recibimos muy mala atención en recepción. Desagradable. Cero predisposición a ayudar. Cero calidez. La recepcionista ni saludaba. La comida y la ubicación estuvieron muy bien. Servicio de limpieza perfecto. Ojalá mejoren la atención en recepción.

Pésima actitud de los empleados de la recepción. Tienen mala gana para cualquier consulta que uno precise. El olor del hotel es a humedad permanente. Solo 2 ascensores para 24 pisos. Baños con olor que dia tras día siguen igual tras limpieza. Desayuno bien, completo y sabroso Buena ubicación

Empreendimento bem localizado, café da manhã médio, limpeza ótima, instalações do apartamento ótimas, com exceção de uma pia entupida. No geral atende bem para viagens que não demandem muito tempo no empreendimento.

O hotel superou minhas expectativas com relação a custo/benefício. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo, arejado. O serviço de quarto também foi nota 10. Pessoas da recepção muito solícitas, respondem o Whatsapp e ajudam com informações. Por ser em um prédio de empresas fiquei com medo do barulho, mas mesmo com o elevador na frente do quarto não incomodou. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, chuveiro ótimo, super esquenta, e água quente na pia, o que me surpreendeu também. Não curtiu · As tolhas são meio finas. E no café da manhã definitivamente é muito desagradável quando você mal sentou e já vem uma atendente perguntando o número do seu quarto! Como fiquei 6 dias já era de esperar que ela tivesse gravado nossos rostos e não aparecesse de repente de maneira pouco usual perguntando meu quarto. A gente se sente meio que "roubando" o café da manhã. Poderiam melhorar nisso.
