I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! I was angry and I wondered if you were talking seriously, so then she said everything right since you were coming right now, we managed to exchange the room for one with a couple bed, But you need to come now, because we'll clean and release your room to make available to other people. Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quase em frente ao mar. O custo-benefício é muito bom. O café da manhã é muito bom também e com bastante diversidade. O quarto que fiquei era bem simples, mas não deixou a desejar. Eu com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente se estivesse de novo pela cidade.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

The hotel was very good, efficient and fast team for check in & out. The facilities are well used, deserve care and I suggest renovating the bathroom.

Considering the hotel's offer, including prices, it is undoubtedly an excellent option for accommodation in Badenário Camború. Positive points: in front of the sea, excellent breakfast, fast and well-configured lifts (3 in total), team service was very good, parking with valet, even the economic room has wide space, it appears to have suffered from very good room renovation, equipment and furniture (TV, refrigerator, table, boxes, furniture in general) and still with sea side view. Another positive point is Cafecito CO which is attached to the hotel and is undoubtedly an example of the limit that a business can reach in relation to top quality products, Small but super-conscious environment and a very entertained team ... in the torn so one day you open a shop here in Curitiba. I think the only negative point is for the bathroom, which is well functional and clean but part of the bath still needs a reform. In addition, it is certainly one of my first hosting options when I return to Cambodia.

At first glance, this hotel appears great. It’s newer, the lobby is large and impressive (for a Garden Inn), there’s a restaurant on site. Our room was well appointed but on the smaller side. Customer service needs improvement: our safe did not work and it did not get fixed despite our request; I asked reception for help with a taxi and was told to get an Uber; I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was told they could not print one and one would be emailed. That did not happen. No points were posted to my account.

I had a wonderful stay in the Brava World!!! All perfect since check-in, a careful and performing team, including manager Allan, an example of professionalism and reception. The very clean room with a spacious, beautiful decoration, offering a direct view of the beach Brava. The hotel is a great hotel with a fantastic leisure area, including a warm swimming pool and a good view on the rooftop. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh and tasty eyes, all attention to details (sonic environment in the corridors) and care with guests is highlighted in the Brava World. I will certainly return and recommend those who are looking for a quality experience in stays!

Perfect stay, service, meals, careful and very nice staff. We'll be back.
