Awesome villa , staffs were friendly and nice.

Terrible , the under construction, no upgrade

Been here many times and always like the hotel. The staff are very friendly too.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sherton Pranburi Resort, and we must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The resort's remote location is one of its greatest charms, as it offers a peaceful and private retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic buffet breakfast. The spread was impressive, and we particularly enjoyed the addition of fresh coconuts, which added a refreshing and tropical touch to the meal. The full board option at the resort was satisfactory. However, it's worth noting that drinks were not included, and the variety of choices for meals was somewhat limited. Nevertheless, we found the overall quality of the food to be good. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lot of food stalls just outside the hotel. This gave us the opportunity to explore and sample local cuisine, adding a bit of variety to our dining experience. Additionally, the resort's proximity to the seaside was a definite plus. We enjoyed spending time by the water, taking in the beautiful views and relaxing in the serene atmosphere.

The restaurant has very interesting choices for Thai cuisine.

A non professional service. Very slow both check in and check out. It is not a 5 starts resort compare with other resorts I used to stay. Room outside is not clean - full of leave on the floor. Turn down bed is not as expected like other 5 stars hotel. This resort used to be Six Sense but when Sheraton took over, they cannot maintain the room and service as it must be. Too bad…not a nice experience.

Good stay. Nice villa and affortable price. Only downside is 30 minutes car ride from town

All Staffs services are excellent ! In room pool is great n privacy is good too !

There are so many mosquitoes, the room design is old, the light switches are messy and scattered, the shower equipment is simple, there is no shower, and there are cockroaches and other pests. The hotel is in a very bad location, remote, grab➕bolt can't get a taxi to travel, so the hotel can only arrange a car, 600 baht to Hua Hin city. There are very few breakfast varieties, which is completely inconsistent with the price of 2500 per night. The menu of the restaurant in the hotel is very simple and there are no pictures. During our stay, there were 20 tables of Chinese: 1 table of Europeans and Americans, and there was no Chinese menu at this ratio. There is no direct access to the beach. The spa environment is simple and charges about 3000 baht for 90 minutes. The method and price are completely inconsistent. It is strongly recommended to stay in Hyatt. We stayed in Hyatt first and then in Sheraton Village. Hyatt is more than 800 including breakfast. Sheraton is 2500 including breakfast, whether it is design, supporting facilities, or service, catering, and hygiene. Hyatt wins. What's more, Hyatt also has a spa ranked in the top ten in the world. The environment is superb.

The hotel is located in Pranburi below Hua Hin. It is a bit remote. I saw many people saying that there is nothing around. In fact, it is not bad when I went out to check. The transportation is not convenient. I rely on the hotel bicycles to travel. There is a night market at the door. The sea is opposite. The sea water is still very clean. There is nothing to say about the hotel environment. It is beautiful and fragrant. The waiters are very friendly. The waiters in the restaurant are very nice. I feel that the breakfast is a little less. The hotel is a bit old. The room facilities are a little old. It is indeed suitable for lying down.
