Staff were lovely however the hotel has seen better days. The rooms were noisy and the tap in one of the rooms was making sounds all night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast also had a lot to be desired. The beds were clean though so passible for one night if no other places are available.

Got aircond, tv working well with various channel. Toilet is spacious and room too. It is just the toilet sink and hanging towel is just too high. haha

Good location, walking distance to tsunami memorial museum and close to port for trips to Sabang. Friendly staff. The hotel was let down by the room being unclean on check-in, which included a dirty bathroom, unclean mugs and a half drunk bottle of complementary water.

Good and clean hotel.
Since we missed the ferry the day before, we used this hotel for our stopover.
Very good price-performance ratio.
The air conditioning in the room worked without any problems.
We can highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the port to Sabang, lots of restaurants and cafes around it..the rooms are clean and neat.the air conditioning is quite cold.comfortable.order on the 3/4th floor there is a window.the staff is very friendly and professional.hotel cars can take guests in the city ... it's free. Breakfast needs to be added to the menu. Recommendation.
