Some positive things that I value: - Very strategic location right in the heart of Bandar Lampung City. - Ease of access and supporting facilities around the hotel are very easy - Has a tall building with a beautiful view of the city - Varied breakfast menu - Some make-up and grooming employees are good - The employees guarding the pool are very friendly and polite Some things need immediate improvement. We stayed in #6005 - For potential check-in queues, it is best to provide a welcome drink in the lobby. - There is no greeting from employees either at the front desk or in the restaurant at breakfast, too focused on work so guests are not greeted. - Parking is very limited, especially when occupancy is full. We stayed December 30, the car couldn't get out, blocked by many other cars parked parallel. - The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom is very bad (photo attached), even though it is easy and cheap to maintain such as repainting, puttingty, deep cleaning, - Many furniture panels are chipped. - The lighting in the room is too dark. - Bed linen has lots of heavy spots (pic attchd) - The room's interior has lots of dirty spots, even though it's easy to just repaint (pic attchd) - Dirty, moldy window frames (pic attchd) - Bad bathroom cleanliness, lots of hair (pic attchd) - Lots of mold in the corners of the ceramics and grout, the ceramic walls are smooth and moldy yellow. - Towels are no longer suitable (pic attchd) - Pillow case is no longer suitable (pic attchd) - Shower water pressure is very low, showering takes a long time - Jetspray holder loss - Soap mixed with water, cannot be used for bathing, it is too runny and does not foam. - Only 1 dental kit is installed even though the room has a capacity of 2 people - Only 1 pair of slipper setup even though the room has a capacity of 2 people - Swimming pool chlorine is too thick and smelly, making it uncomfortable - The pool water is brownish - The lighting in the indoor pool is too dark - Breakfast, I rated the taste of the food as poor (fried rice was soft and smelled of smoke) - The 9 o'clock sausage is no longer refilled - Some employees don't make-up and have messy grooming - The restaurant at breakfast was dirty, no one was pinging rubbish on the floor For a room price of 700 thousand net including breakfast for 2 people, in my opinion it is not commensurate with the quality of the room, public area and service obtained. Hopefully there will be improvements if we stay here again. Thank You.
