Services are great, I feel welcomed. However, the cleanliness can be improved over time. The views are great, nice concept.

Peaceful location.. nice place for healing.. but, cleanliness and amenities are a bit poor

Location is good, peaceful just the gym room under maintenance.

We arrived late in evening but check in was smooth and easy. Place is quiet and peaceful, lake looked nice in the cooling morning. We got a garden view room so we couldn't really see much from the window. Cleanliness was ok at first but found other people's items left in the wardrobe not cleaned out, and thru the night, we found a lotttt of bugs and ants entering the toilet. Hot water also ran out and the water didn't drain very well it got flooded a bit within the night. Toilet door was also mouldy. Note that there isn't any hair dryer provided.

Place is quiet and peaceful for a mini retreat. Staff service was fast and respectful. However, there are improvements to be made. Such as cleanliness of the room which is quite dirty.

A very nice and chilling gateway for couples and families to get away from the hustle bustle of city life. Stay and live in simplicity. Enjoy the tranquility of the lake. Good location to travel to Sg Rengit and Teluk Ramunia. A lazing trip to recharge the mind and soul. Very reasonable price. Suffice facilities for gym goers, swimming pool enthusiasts and carom plus table tennis players. If lazy to head out for F&B, food is available on the property. Simplicity of life if wanting to stay here and don’t put an over expectations of a luxury stay. Otherwise head to Sebana Cove and pay more.

Hotel a bit far from township. However, it is a good place for relaxing. Staff are very friendly. Environment are nice.

Overall quite bad and the far from my expectations. At first, the room’s bulb isn’t bright and keep shining. Luckily the workers there help us to fix it immediately. Second, the bedsheet isn’t clean enough. It can see the bedsheet yellowish and look like dirty. Next, the room wifi connection was very weak and not able to use. We used our mobile data instead. Besides that, there was no hair dryer or iron in room. Need to request after check in. The reception counter was not 24 hours. When we back to resort around 10.30pm, the reception already closed. Hence, we are not able to get officer there to have a hair dryer at night. Until the next morning, the worker helped to put the hairdryer outside of room. However, the hairdryer not in good function. Also, the variety of breakfast was not much. Hope that my review could help to improve.

although the location is a bit remote, but beside beautiful beach. Despite unit's own WiFi can connect, but can't access network. Fortunate the Resort's public network is working will, otherwise having telecommunications network connection issues. Prompt respond!

Overall ok sangat. but kene tingkatkan lagi kebersihan kat lorong-lorong, u need to hire Gardener maybe? scenery very nice

we had to changed our rooms two times: first time the door was broken, couldn't lock from inside; second time the room was really dusty & the bathroom was moldy. a lot of bugs & mosquitoes so bring your own insect repellents. but service was good: reception attended our issues quickly & the maintenance guy was really nice & friendly.
