Room is spacious and nice. The breakfast variety is decent.

The room we got upon arrival was not clean. It looked like only the bedding has been changed. Next day we were upgraded to a better and very clean room. Part of the staff very friendly and helpful. Other staff not so useful and asking for tips with checkout, which seems odd to me. Very handy and nice boat service to town with their own jetty and boat around the corner. Breakfast quite OK (continental part a bit limited). Overall a very pleasant and good experience at this hotel.

Very good hotel, clean, tidy, excellent staff and a very tasty breakfast.

The location is good, the facilities are average, but everything else is OK. I think this price is good for business travel.

The service is very good. The hotel's car is convenient and cheap.

It's similar to the hotels in China that cost more than 100 RMB, and the experience is not good.

1. The hotel is slightly located, 2km away from the city center; 2. There are many shops and restaurants near the hotel, making it very convenient to eat; 3. Breakfast and lunch are very good, with many varieties and most of them are local specialties; 4. The front desk service is enthusiastic.

The room is comfortable, the bedding and towels are soft and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Service - Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms - huge. The A/C works crazily good. To get warm water in she shower, don’t forget to switch on the heater. The switch is outside next to the light (at least for our room). It’s clean enough. Amenities - there is a small very small gym, but too hot there to work out. We really liked the fact that they have their own shuttle. You can use it to move around for a small charge. It’s the most practical way due to the fact that other form of transportation in Brunei is an hassle. They also provide a more comfortable boat ride. However we went for a second time and ask to move around in the village, specifically, we checked if that would be the case but it didn’t happen. Breakfast - for some weird reason we only had breakfast for one morning. Nothing special. Location - not in the city center but with the shuttle it’s like 10 min. Or ask them to drop you there after the boat ride. Or take the boat yourself ($2 pp). Calm neighborhood. Price - okay for what you get.

The hotel spontaneously organised an aurport transfer for me which i really appreciated. The room was dpacious and provided the usual: tv, hairdryer, fridge, complimentary water, kettle, aircon. The furniture deciration is a bit sparse and could fo with a makeover. Upon arrival the toilet flush was broken and needed to ve fixed and I never got the shower to be hot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. i booked a small boat tour which did not deliver what was mentioned, e.g., instead of 2 hours it lasted only for 1 h 15min and there was no packed food or water as mentioned in the hotel brochure. The breakfast buffet was large and offered many local specialities. The location was central and there were many restaurants & minimarkets around. ＞＞ a bit unprofessional in regard to the advertised boat excursion

The staff is amazing as well as the cleaniliness and service, but the actual owner is an awful person, he's rude and inconsiderate. When you sit in the longue area, you have to a potential customer or resident to be allowed to use the lounge area, if not you can forget about it, he'll ask you to leave the premises immediately despite it being absolutely pouring or hot outside, I will not return to the hotel if the owner is around, if he isn't the hotel is a fantastic place to stay.

it has been almost 2 years MCO and now I have an opportunity to visit my Husband in Brunei. Thinking about self-isolation going to be the worst time of my life which I will be alone for at least 7-14 days in the hotel room. So I was prepared for some activities including office work...oh dear lucky that I can work from everywhere. The room is very spacious and clean. I can choose my sitting for work, reading a book or having a meal. The cozy atmosphere at the living area is so relaxing. I can see the views of the city from the window. Talking about the meal is superb! I have no complaint at all except my weight haha... Moreover the hospitality provided by the staffs were great! I really MISS the moments. I highly recommended this Hotel is the best place to stay whenever you visit Brunei. -siti-
