It allowed us to store our luggages in their hotel free of charge while we went to Kota Kinabalu for 3 days then allowed us to check in early when we returned. The staff are very nice. The food in Bristodeli Cafe is also delicious and priced fairly. Near groceries, mosques, restaurants and tourist spots. It is also near a Catholic Church (Assumption) and we were able to hear mass one Sunday.

It is a nice hotel with adequate facility for business travelers. However, the hotel is a little aged and should be renovated with all the pillows and mattresses replaced.

We had a Great stay at Badiah Hotel! Conveniently located near major tourist attractions, with spacious rooms, friendly personnel, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

I was overrated this hotel because they are 4 stars hotel.
The hotel was clean and tidy which is so great and our room is so big!
But the service...Not really...
We called the reception a few times but they were very late.Finally they were coming to bring some toilet paper after we called Three times.
And we have a voucher of breakfast, which is not good...
If it's not 4star, I wouldn't say anything.
That makes me disappointed..

Very close to the main attractions in downtown Brunei (walkable even)
Desk was very kind to lend port adapter
Breakfast was great even if not much options
Free pick-up from the airport to the hotel
Supermarket is quite close to the hotel
Hot water available in the shower
WiFi speed is goo

Overall, we had a good stay at Badia Hotel. The amenities were good, the hotel was clean, and the staff provided great service. However, some of the fixtures in the room were broken or not well maintained. A little more attention to maintenance and repairs would make the overall experience much better.

The location is close to the city center, you can literally walk to the Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque in just a few minutes. There is a free airport shuttle to the hotel. The room is spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is on par with a 2-star hotel in China. The lamp is so worn out, and the ironing board is practically bald. The only redeeming quality is its decent location. No wonder they only offer airport pick-up, not drop-off.
