Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. These successes show that your management in the hotel is excellent and all the employees move within the framework and rules of the hotel and provide good services to the guests. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

Standard hotel but location is nearby city center, although kinda heavy traffic when you need to take taxi, better walk to Asia Africa for faster access. Pool was standard and a bit crowded when we were there. Room is small but clean, hot water and pressure are good. Wifi is also quite fast. Check in process was smooth. They also okay if we ordered gofood/grabfood and let the food delivered to the concierge. Not many of hotels allow that.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.
