The security guard didn't smile. The bathroom mat didn't absorb water so what's the point of having a mat. Ordering Grabfood had to be done by myself, the staff was lazy. There was no window in the room I booked. The hotel is new but not everything looks new. The funniest thing is that asking for an iron for 4 clothes costs 30 thousand (just the ironing).

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. 2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met š. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood š. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.

XXingThe location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

And the parking lot, its not easy to go in and out and its space only limited especially for high season, when you are in, and u wont go out as no parking space left haha..

GGeeMyThe hotel is nice but quite old. The staff are very helpful & warm. However the cleanliness is very questionable. The room is ok but bathroom was not properly clean. There are stains in the tub & some of the equipment is not upgraded. But what I like most is the buffet. Indonesian authentic food which I love so much. The lobby also prepare welcome drinks & tit bits. I love it.
Donāt worry I will come back to this hotel & hopefully the management took special attention to the things I mentioned..

GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located, but along a very busy road. The busy road is therefore the reason that the terrace is very noisy. You can't have a conversation with each other, there is so much noise. The rooms are very dark and noisy, but fairly clean. The fact that the swimming pool opens early in the morning is not a plus with screaming children. Breakfast is fine, not very special. An extra toaster is not a superfluous luxury. The waiting time for a toasted sandwich is very long. For the rest the food from the menu is fine. The friendliness at the reception strongly depends on who is there. In addition, we also had problems with the light that did not go out in the bedroom, but I do not have the illusion that this has already been resolved. Next visit in Bandung I would rethink visiting this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.
