just entered, there were 3 cockroaches, the room door could be opened from the outside without a card, the carpet was dusty, the water was slow

Location was really close to mall but the parking lot of the hotel is really small so its hard to get a parking spot there. The room was just fine but a little bit dusty. The staffs service was nice and friendly. Fine for just a sleep over night. Minus no refrigerator.

The room wasn’t good as expected & the hotel should higher their standards atleast for given stars. Nothing like 3 stars at all sorry to say that.

The advantage is that it is located in the city center, next to Indomaret, next to Ciwalk.
The downside is that the room smells musty, damp, it's time to renovate.
The food is ordinary, no comments, the service is quite good.

the location is close to everywhere, the service is also really good but the room may be a bit slow since check-in time is supposed to be 2 o'clock but here the rooms are ready at 3 o'clock. And the most important thing is that this hotel's location is really in front of the Ciwalk mall
