I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

Pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel room before it sells.. especially it has been booked.. There's a fake eyelashes on the wall. there are still mosquitoes in the room the air conditioner sound is really noisy ...

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

First chose this hotel because there is a mosque in its neighborhood and close to the mall. Directly booked 3 nights. The carpet room, once spacious, still plus a long chair anyway. It's obviously easy for a shrine. The bed is very comfortable, although the AC is less cold, but can allow to open the room window. Water heater and cooling refrigerator are also available. Large bathroom with wide and soft towels. Hair dryer is also available. Overall all room facilities make guests comfortable. TV channels, although not many, but enough. National TV and movie channels. This is unique, initially thought the power plug for charging the ehp is very limited, but after looking more carefully there was hidden in each table next to the bed. The mosque was also comfortable with thick carpet, although there was no priest fixed. Out of the hotel on the right there is a quiet piset mall, but there is Superindo there. across the hotel also has a nice seafood restaurant. If you want to walk a little, there are a lot of places to eat. For example, across the hotel towards jl. Bulls around Muhammadiyah Hospital. Or out the hotel on the left to the Stone Fruit Street lined up a dining area, starting from Pizza Hut, Burger King, Scrambled Chicken, Soto Boyolali, safe already. There is a recommended place for buffet food or botram, there is a ceuodah kitchen right across from the Alfamart that can try. Like a large parking lot, lots of elevators and a large dining room. No wonder breakfast looks like a wedding, with separate booths. Talk very tasty. Please try the slatter if you have a chance. For smoking can't be in this dining room, plan to stay here again, a wonderful experience. If so, no minus for the key card that must be reversed three times so that every door will open, the dirt on the carpet of the room that is not sucking all by the vacum cleaner and the shower water drain that is not immediately throw water1

Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. I would like to thank all the hotel staff from the restaurant, restaurant, housekeeping, service, cleaning, club, pool and also the good management of the hotel. Some of them helped and guided us a lot. I thank Mrs. Arentha .She were very respectful and kind and answered the questions very well and guided me carefully. The hotel is not far from the exit of the stone plantation, and it's on the business road, a bit bumpy, the same way, but it's easy to find. To Transtudio Bandung is also not far away, just the cycle of the road is a bit tight because there are two columns in one direction, but leading the same direction. Hotel condition is good, service is ok, staff are friendly. The room is a bit narrow for the twin, the bathroom is also very small. But the room condition is clean, there is a power hose (coffee and tea), room slippers, and safe. Clear TV channel, many channels, cold AC, bathroom exhaust on continuously. The room wall is a bit dirty too. For food, they say in some good reviews, but they're average, the menu is less varied, the chicken roast, the chicken stew is adequate, for the buffet food is fast to run out and refill a bit long, there are also cookies, bread, nuts, omelet, waffle, cereal, and juice drinks. The pool was really small, and when there the water was very green, I don't know why, the staff said it was because it was hot in the sun (can't ya??). For children above 5th, breakfast is charged 80rb (but the children can eat a lot, huh??!! It's a shame if that's true, anyway, in the hotel policy on the application there is no such rules. Jd, I feel a little bit of being damaged too (my kid is newly 8th and doesn't eat much)). The second day I was still sitting there, the food was getting less varied, for bread, the first day there was butter, the second day there was only butter. So please fix the menu, the facilities are clean for the pool and the hotel policy must be listed for a clear explanation for the customers.
