Best Hotels near RUMAH SEPATU VANS BANDUNG, Bandung City

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

This hotel has great potential to be a highly recommended hotel, but fell short on few crucial things. The location is great, good looking exterior, and the room is well designed too! But unfortunately seems this hotel is not well maintained. Maybe because of COVID. But should not be an excuse, tho. Let start with some positives: 1. Room is spacious, good looking design 2. Great location 3. Nice exterior design 4. Decent food During our stay, we found several issues: 1. The room wasn’t exactly the best smelling room we’ve been. Moreover, definitely need so many cleaning such as on the curtain and the bed headboard. 2. The restaurant only open until around 8. We could not even get a plate and a set of cutlery at night. 3. The pillows are rather bad for a 3-star hotel. 4. the wi-fi is terrible. Disconnected every 5 minutes with bare minimum speed. 5. The receptionist wasn’t exactly at their post everytime (sometimes no one is there) This hotel shows sign of its glory years but obviously the COVID didn’t help in its maintenance and management. Not sure whether we would be back here again, but if something drastic is done, we would love to stay here again.

It was the sorrowful time every time I go to Bandung I always stayed at The Palais Hotel Dago, a never disappointing experience! Like my second home to stop in Bandung. The staff is very friendly and polite, the hotel is still very nice, it used to look like a boutique hotel that is still well maintained until now, and of course the room size is very large even for the deluxe king size bed (the most type standard udh ok ). I checked in late at night around 2am, still got warm welcome, then got a room on the 3rd floor at no 306 right in front of the elevator, no noise, not disturbed at all until co time, essentially this hotel is not noisy. Like at home. The bathroom is clean, wide, and the marble is still solid, Include Hair dryer as well. Bed super comfy, other plus points: The car will be washed and it's free of charge.

This hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

The location is very strategic, can be reached from any direction, the rooms are quite big, but equipment such as amenities is very lacking, you have to ask for towels, the water is not hot enough, the room door sometimes doesn't lock, there are no bathroom mats, pillowcases and the towels are too dirty

we would like to extends our thanks to # Mr. Hadi the Front office manager for his hospitality, provide us great view of room with all our preferences and late checkout 13.00. # Mr. Devi the manager on duty for the fast response solved AC room problems. # last but not least Chef Walijan for Provide our good breakfast even its serve to the room (no buffet during pandemic). The place is quite comfortable, but unfortunately there are some missing one in the bathroom which the water doesn’t come out for a long time huhu

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?
