I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

I stayed in this hotel for two days and it was a good stay. When she left, she left some money in the safety deposit box. I was then called and received all my valuables. I thank the hotel management and security department.

Love the room except for the noise from traffic as we were on lower floor. Breakfast was very good and huge selection to choose from. Location was excellent and lastly the service was wonderful.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

first time we are staying in this hotel. but, really - really nice. verry good room and facilities and food as well. please improve the swimming pool or you can add mini zoo. i believe most of guest bringing they are kids to staycation.

First chose this hotel because there is a mosque in its neighborhood and close to the mall. Directly booked 3 nights. The carpet room, once spacious, still plus a long chair anyway. It's obviously easy for a shrine. The bed is very comfortable, although the AC is less cold, but can allow to open the room window. Water heater and cooling refrigerator are also available. Large bathroom with wide and soft towels. Hair dryer is also available. Overall all room facilities make guests comfortable. TV channels, although not many, but enough. National TV and movie channels. This is unique, initially thought the power plug for charging the ehp is very limited, but after looking more carefully there was hidden in each table next to the bed. The mosque was also comfortable with thick carpet, although there was no priest fixed. Out of the hotel on the right there is a quiet piset mall, but there is Superindo there. across the hotel also has a nice seafood restaurant. If you want to walk a little, there are a lot of places to eat. For example, across the hotel towards jl. Bulls around Muhammadiyah Hospital. Or out the hotel on the left to the Stone Fruit Street lined up a dining area, starting from Pizza Hut, Burger King, Scrambled Chicken, Soto Boyolali, safe already. There is a recommended place for buffet food or botram, there is a ceuodah kitchen right across from the Alfamart that can try. Like a large parking lot, lots of elevators and a large dining room. No wonder breakfast looks like a wedding, with separate booths. Talk very tasty. Please try the slatter if you have a chance. For smoking can't be in this dining room, plan to stay here again, a wonderful experience. Hello . We stayed in your hotel for a few days. The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff welcomed us and brought our luggage to the room. All the staff were very kind and treated with respect. The quality of the food was good. The sports facilities were suitable and excellent. The fitness club was excellent with full equipment including jacuzzi and sauna, as well as the hotel pool. Access to the shopping center was great. The hotel is not far from the exit of the stone plantation, and it's on the business road, a bit bumpy, the same way, but it's easy to find. To Transtudio Bandung is also not far away, just the cycle of the road is a bit tight because there are two columns in one direction, but leading the same direction. Hotel condition is good, service is ok, staff are friendly. The room is a bit narrow for the twin, the bathroom is also very small. But the room condition is clean, there is a power hose (coffee and tea), room slippers, and safe. Clear TV channel, many channels, cold AC, bathroom exhaust on continuously. The room wall is a bit dirty too. For food, they say in some good reviews, but they're average, the menu is less varied, the chicken roast, the chicken stew is adequate, for the buffet food is fast to run out and refill a bit long, there are also cookies, bread, nuts, omelet, waffle, cereal, and juice drinks. The pool was really small, and when there the water was very green, I don't know why, the staff said it was because it was hot in the sun (can't ya??). For children above 5th, breakfast is charged 80rb (but the children can eat a lot, huh??!! It's a shame if that's true, anyway, in the hotel policy on the application there is no such rules. Jd, I feel a little bit of being damaged too (my kid is newly 8th and doesn't eat much)). The second day I was still sitting there, the food was getting less varied, for bread, the first day there was butter, the second day there was only butter. So please fix the menu, the facilities are clean for the pool and the hotel policy must be listed for a clear explanation for the customers.
