We had a very pleasant stay as a family. Services were excellent, everyone was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The location is very strategic as the hotel is situated at the heart of Dago with many famous restaurants/shops/cafes nearby. The room, gym and facilities were clean and equipped with good amenities. Variety of foods was provided at breakfast. The only downside I experienced was the swimming pool water that wasn’t very clean.

Great rooms. Great service. Good breakfast. Just one thing, the sofa in the rooms need a good deep vacuuming, runny nose and itchy eyes instantly when you sit there.
