3-Star Hotels in Bandung Wetan

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it! 
The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also! 
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

Stay here for my business trip, near xmas so i got high price for this property. I stayed at room 2nd floor, order via agoda and it said city view but it only wall. The room quite big, had simple cupboard, towel holder that was too high at bathroom and had weird tv channnel (it said hbo channel near the tv, me and my friend searched it but couldnt find and then voila...it found, and at 8.30pm it suddenly changed into Gtv, lol). The room was okay even you can hear sound in the next room, but think again if you choosed breakfast here. Located at 9th floor, i came at 8.15am, sloping floor, many foods not refill until i leave (at 8.45am) like pecel and fruits. I tried papaya and watermelon, the papaya taste bitter and sour. Egg corner's staff could not remember the order, my friend's egg offered to other guest. Small plate for main menu (rice with others menu) eventhough it tasted good, not clean bowl for porridge, the porridge sauce was messy and not worth it (at first i though it was someone's leftover), and the staff didnt clean the table properly (the leftover fell and left near the table).

My stay was in Nov 22 and I've just got around to writing this now. I had an amazing stay in this Moxy, much better than expected for what is a budget brand. I loved how modern and well kept the property was, and as a Bonvoy member got upgraded to a suite. The suite was wonderful with a sofa and bean bags along with a fridge. Three little pots of treats we're delivered to the room with was very appreciated. The staff here were simply amazing, professional and very friendly, I was very well looked after. I can't remember his name, but the general manager is a very nice guy and leads a great time. I'll definitely return here on my next visit to Bandung.

It's my first time to go to Hotel Santika, thanks to my office for choosing this hotel. From what i heard this hotel was amazing and i think that it's true. The service was so good, they're very helpful and so kind. Thanks Azizah for helping me at lunch 😊

Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

The hotel placed in a very strategic location! I stayed with one of my friend and we requested for a Smoking & High Floor room. When we first came to the lobby, it was quite crowded with family guest and we waited at the couch in the lobby. Because the lobby and the coffee shop merged together, the lobby is full of people. Our room is placed at the corner, just side to side with the Housekeeping pantry. It took a while for us to search for our room due to our room is covered by the Housekeeping trolley. I can not blame Housekeeping for putting the trolley just across our door room but maybe the room configuration would be better manage by the Hotel. When we got out from the room at 5PM, there was pile of dirty towels in front of our room and the pantry is closed with no one inside. Also for the defect inside the room, our AC is making loud noises with no cold air. We had to call for Engineering to fix it while we are out. The door lamp also went off but we did not realize until night. There is so much spots on our pillow cases, bed cover and sheets. Breakfast quality is average. I wish there is more option for Beverages. For the service, I believe that the reception is pretty informative and responsive.

The hotel is very good, very good service, very good place, near good location, good price, good breakfast, clean, but the parking needs more space, you can change towel, but in general the hotel is excellent.

It's a good hotel for the price, but it's a pity that the shower in the bathroom has no curtain but letterally sprays on the toilet.
