Connected with one of the oldest country club in the city, this hotel located in the higher and quieter side of Bandung. Well-maintained dutch-indie colonial-era building with beautiful lawn, perfect for elders or families. But the room could be better: no shampoo and shower gel could be forgiven because of the price, but not replacing the old shabby tube TV, stains and cigarette burns on the sheets, no electric socket near the bed to charge your phone.. it's surely could be better. But overall, it's a nice relaxing place.

Well, at the first time we areived everything went well. Welcomed by Mr Agus THE ONE AND ONLY BEST STAFF in this hotel (others were worst!), he assisted us to the room very polite gesture and good communication. Started while i asked for more bath towel, coz i booked 4 rooms for family, and i occup the room with my parents which more than 3 person inside, however they said it is unable to send more otherwised it charged. We understood and cancel the request instead. We also cannot refill the bottle of water (the small size one) they said it will charged in IDR 30.000 which i understood and we cancelled the request and bought by ourself outside. Second day, after we held a family event, we are extremely exhausted. After bought a food (soup) we req them to deliver a bowl. And they said they will sent it up. Until end of the day, the bowl was not coming, and my sister ate it from its plastic! Me and my husband decided to extend the stay to higher type of room, we paid all in advance, we understand because we booked the reservation in a last minute at around 12pm, the rsv was still not interface to the system i guessed, and they asked us to wait and will call to info us when the rsv interfaced already. Until more than 30 mins, no one get back to us, we did not complained at all, i came to reception met argita which was the person who handled us, and she informed that the rsv have been received (and no one call us). i did registration as normal and they gave us the room in a lower floor which was not our preference, and asked to get higher floor. They said, they will call us due to the room was not ready yet, which -again- we understood. We are waiting until 2 pm but nobody call us, and i came again to them asked for my room, surprisingly the room was ready :) thank's God because we are very initiative to ask them :) i guess if i was not asking my room, they will never call us... No apologize conveyed due to we need to wait for room nor call us to collect the key. Also the boy before argita, who handled us in the receptionist needs to be trained how to listening to the request and question well and conveying the information well to the guest. Other thing why i fed up was, we ordered food outside, and the reataurant forgot to put the cuttleries, and i requested to them for cuttleries, this rude staff named Sansan, said it chargeable, well i still don't understand and asked why it chargeable, and he explaination was unbelievable and i really hate to explain it here ( you can try by yourself to proof this if you want to loss your day and money only to get worst service:)) he said the information was on the room svc menu which was not there! He said, the charge is for the possibility, if only the cuttleries can be lost which we don't have any plan to lose it :) i told them that last night when we requested the bowl, it didn't come, and no apologize AT ALL. A regular hotel if you go to Bandung, the price, facilities and everything else is worth it. There are lots of people selling food around the hotel. Borma is also close

Due to the system error the queueing takes about 1 hour. The room cleanliness shall be improved more. The food really complete and taste good. Mini zoo was good but need improvement especially for fish pond, need more hungry koi; more rabbit etc. Overall, we could enjoy the experience there

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Room really nice with mountains view, the room ambiance was really clean and bright. The room was perfect! The garden not really big, but good enough for strolling around in the afternoon time. We also got mini bar (snacks and drinks) for free with unlimited mineral water by request. We enjoy our lunch at semeja restaurant (indonesian or asian food), enjoy our afternoon cake in their coffee shop and also tried dinner at monomono restaurant (Japanese food). Evertyhing was good. The breakfast have a lot of choices, but it really crowded, even they already separated in 4 sessions. Really recommend this hotel for family or couple getaway.

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.
