I want to give a 5 STAR to Mr. Jose Maria, staff from the restaurant, for an amazing hospitality and great service. Very impressive. Service was delivered fast with a warm smile, he was very helpful and pay attention to details. Also well groomed with a good posture.

Muy ricoooo todo muy buena la atención y la piña colada espectacular hecha por Valeriana muy buen trabajo el de ella. La piscina muy limpia , las toallas y los asientos buenísimos. Somos clientes siempre venimos. En familia a pasar el domingo. La mesa bufet en mi opinión es la mejor de Malabo.Gracias por la atención

Anita was amazing at the Restaurant,so lovely and with a perfect Service. All of the Hotel-Staff are very friendly and try to make our Stay comfortable and relaxed. The food, especially the Seafood was wonderful. Thank you very much. Muchas Gracias. Merci beaucoup.

Great service in the restaurant, especially Esparanza. They always pay attention and do as much as they can to fulfil my requests. Rooms are great. The air conditioning in my room was a bit loud but I felt it was a minor inconvenience. The Golf course is beautiful too.

Bel hôtel et bonne nourriture, mais j'ai été impressionné par le service d'une serveuse du restaurant nommé Evangelina. Elle nous a servi avec professionnalisme et courtoisie pendant trois jours, malgré la pression du travail et le grand nombre de clients.

I had a very good time at the Sofitel. I only had two days but those were great! Especially because of the wonderful staff. Dalia and Valeria really stood out with their attentiveness and the everlasting friendliness. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff these days!
