Bow View Lodge is the hidden treasure of Banff National Park, located right along the river path with amazing views. You can look out your window and see Elk and hear the Coyotes howl. The Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and well kept. As a guest you have access to the Banff Park Lodge for swimming and restaurants. We will be back again.

Cute, quiet spot. Love the use of underground parking and the pool/steam room at Banff Park Lodge across from the hotel!

Despite the great location, this hotel is way below average when it comes to customer service, quality of rooms and cleanliness. And the parking lot is always jammed with no available spots for everyone. We had to park on the street. No amenities inside the hotel. We needed to walk to a different building to access the pool. I don’t recommend staying here. Very pricy and service is bad unfortunately. Better to pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

The living room is right outside the door, and there is a large bed. There is a double bedroom with a closable door. There is only one bathroom, no cooking facilities, but there is a microwave. The entire hotel is quite old. It is ok to stay, but it is crowded. Laundry and parking are all at the Banff Park Hotel next door. Before check-in, you will receive an email suggesting to pay extra to stay at the Banff Park Hotel.

Next to the Bow River, the room is a bit old, and the surrounding area is very expensive

The room is small, free parking is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Very good hotel. The hotel had no rooms at the time and they upgraded me to the best hotel in the area for free.

Because there is no air-conditioning, it is not recommended to live in midsummer, because there is no partition wall between the balcony door and the neighbors.

Old facilities, renovation would be appreciated

The room is very good, and the price is very high. I chose a lake view room. The view is average. The lake may be blocked by trees, and there is a street beside the lake that is not close to each other. Overall a good experience

The lakeside view is not bad. The chairs that can be put on the balcony are not clean. The cleanliness of the room is OK. The quality of bath and shampoo products is ordinary, not very natural, and the lotion provided is not moisturizing enough.
