The hotel is on Banff Avenue, and you can go shopping and eat right outside. The room is spacious and clean, and there is a self-service washing machine to solve our troubles of washing clothes during the trip. The hotel is on the right hand of the entrance of Banfu town, 3 floors on the ground, with underground parking, heated swimming pool, SPA hall. There is a lift from the underground car park to the lobby and the upper floors.
The guy who checked in was very friendly and patient. We arrived a little early and politely asked if we could check in. He checked and immediately helped us check in.
