I had urgent trip booked room 48hrs before arrival. My flight arrived 00am I arrived hotel 1.30am. I present ID card at counter then staff didn’t look at my ID, said I just booked not long ago if wanna check in must be 2pm not tonight. I was wondering then check my email. This is first time in my life meet unprofessional staff like this. Next day morning the water in bathroom only hot water including sink, nozzle when I reported to front staff said I didn’t know that. Breakfast all staff just standing when I access they just walk away didn’t ask my room info. Overall this hotel only good location who have business around that area , service really need to improve. I will not return here again.

Hotel location @main road . Staff quite friendly. Booked exclusive room but room aircondition not cold and breakfast all food are cold not to hotel standard. Hotel quite dirty.

Quick stay over last minute booking worked out quite well. Staff was pleasant room is very big super comfortable bed I will stay again if I'm in that area and I recommend it too. Restaurant is also has quite a good selection of food and it's quite reasonably priced.

Love the venue, the executive room is good.. can drink beers at night :)

Far from the city and there are lack of food stores , bus/BTS ststion Spent almost 45mins for check in and the so called King size bed is setup by 2 single beds.. tidy but nothing i can share!

The room light is a bit quite dark, car park is not that big to fit during the seasonal period. But room amenities and bedding are good

Awesome trip

The accommodation is clean, complete with tea, coffee, drinking water and toiletries. There are 3 pillows per bed. The food tastes good. It would be better if there were a little more food. We stayed for 2 nights and came back at 8am. The rice porridge was gone both days.

If there are other alternative hotels, choose Bella B carefully. Here are a few reasons for your reference 1. They require 1,000 baht in cash as a deposit, unlike other hotels that can accept pre-authorization, savings cards, credit cards, or even Alipay and other online transfer methods to them first... If I don't have it, they won't let me check in, or they ask me to leave my passport at the front desk. I definitely feel uneasy and unsafe. Their management requirements are contradictory and unbelievable, such as requiring cash or leaving my passport as a deposit. So that night, after my application to cancel the reservation was rejected, I went out to get cash in despair. 2. The room type I chose is a good suite, at one end. Except for the chair, I think it's okay. Please take a look at the design of the air conditioner blowing towards the head. It's a headache when it's on, and it's stuffy and hot when it's not on... 3. The network Wifi is so slow that I used domestic mobile data from the beginning to the end of my stay. Because their Wifi can't make voice or video calls, it takes patience to open pictures... The floor tiles in the bathroom are not broken, although it looks awkward, it's designed like this. The reason why I didn't give it a one-star rating is that I didn't stay there for a long time and didn't have the opportunity to discover their highlights and good places. Most of the employees must have a hard time. They want to work hard, which is good. At least I hope that customers don't feel uncomfortable. I arrived after 9 pm, and finally checked in after 10 pm. I checked out after 8 am without eating. I didn't want to stay any longer.
